    Signed up for the advertised deal found on Social Media.Several attempts were made to contact center
    and inquire about rescheduling, as my husband had unexpected work business. The receptionists was very empathetic and called “Mike” for assistance. He was very rude and
    everything was a salesperson approach. He was loud, dismissive, and extremely arrogant. Phrases such as “you need me, goodness- this is a lot, refund her money bc she isn’t going
    to buy the program”, and
    Several other belittling remarks. He told me I was disturbing him after I said he was causing a scene and generating anxiety. To which he
    sarcastically said “ oh, let me call the EMS”. I have NEVER been spoken to like that. The poor receptionist was shooed away as I, in response to his statement that I was bothering her, asked was I loud, intimidating, or rude to her. Of course, she said “no” and that infuriated him. (To which he said he was calling security/police.) I am appalled by the character, or lack of, by this guy. Being kind is a byproduct of working in the medical field. To yell and behave as such towards a client
    Interested in heart heath is a contradiction of humanity.
