    I am filing this complaint due to poor communication and the refusal to issue a refund by JustDone. I was recently charged for a service/product without receiving any prior reminder, confirmation, or notice that the charge was upcoming.
    After reaching out to their customer support team to request a refund, I was met with resistance and inconsistent communication. Instead of resolving the matter or offering reasonable customer care, they are now refusing to issue a refund.
    It is unfair and unprofessional for a company to charge customers without clear, timely notice and then deny refunds when a client immediately reaches out once charged. I should have been informed in advance, and I am simply asking to be refunded for something I had forgotten about, as I reached out once I got a notification that I was charged.
    I am requesting a full refund and a confirmation that the associated service or subscription has been canceled to avoid any future charges. This could have been easily avoided with appropriate communication.

    Sorry for your experience. However according to our Subscription Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made via our website are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
    On top of that you have been provided with an exception and given a refund. On top of that you have made another purchase of subscription following that incident. In this case, we will perceive you as malicious customer, who abuses the product and refuse further refunds and provision of service.
