Business Name: Justdone Product/Service: AI Writing/Detection Subscription Complaint:On 8/17/25, I attempted to purchase what was advertised on Justdones website as a $9.99/month subscription. However, after entering my payment information and completing the purchase, my account was charged $128.91. This appears to be an annual plan that was never clearly presented to me at checkout.The websites pricing display is misleading. It showed $9.99/month but processed a lump-sum charge for over $120. I was charged for a monthly subscription that I was not aware of. I did not appreciate that I got emailed the charge after it was done, especially since most subscriptions inform you that your trial period is ending a day beforehand, and I got no such notification, not through mail or ****** alerts, anything like that. To be fair, I wasn't aware about the auto subscription, and I cancelled it and unsubscribed it right away after the I get the Gmail. it's not even 24 hours yet and the cancellation was on the same day and time. so, I want a refund and my money back because I am a broke student, therefore, I need those money to survive in college. I got the trial for .99 for 7 days, and I was charged $49.99 before the end of the 7th day. ********** on the site was confusing, with prompts like "Do you want to not cancel? Yes, I want to / No, continue". I managed to cancel after having been charged, and I wrote to CS explaining and asking about a potential refund. They made an incredible offer of $1 per year going forward (I think?) instead of the refund. This was worded in a confusing way, so I wrote back asking for clarification - I replied THREE TIMES asking for a response, a week in between each time, and they never wrote back. Today I sent a fourth email. My issue was not resolved in one way or another (no refund, no $1 deal). I am no longer interested and need my money back. I contacted JustDone support on April 16, 2024 which is exactly the date I start the 0.99 dollars trial, to cancel a subscription due to the inability to do so through the account portal. A follow-up email was sent by **** from JustDone acknowledging the receipt of the inquiry and stating that more time was needed to locate the account details.
