    This company is a total rip off they had my car for a year and a half they dont know how to fix European cars they told me they did and now Im out $20,000 do not use this company Gregs a piece of ****

    Changed their name to Tucumcari Automotive when they moved to ********************. The way the owners and business is ran is very shady. Be very cautious using these people. If you need work done to your vehicle please go somewhere else. They will take your money and not do anything to your vehicle and make you wait months and getting ahold of anyone or making things better you will be met with nothing but excuses and victim shaming.

    What an experience we have had with the guys at Coast to Coast at ********, **. We had some overheating issues with our radiator during our travel from ******* to ********, December 2023 during the end of year holidays. Brought the car to ************************ since they said they would look at the issue and let us know if this was fixable the same day. Luckily we were travelling with family and I let my cousins wife bring our kids and wife with them and head to the destination while we stayed back with the car to be towed and hopefully fixed. The owner at the shop mentioned it may be a leaky hose or something minor. Its 4:30pm by the time we reach the shop and a pressure test is performed. No leaks are identified and then it was determined that a block test, in-depth pressure test and check for blown head gaskets were required. But all these would be a lot more time consuming and would be next day. We were told to be there at 8:30am the next morning to get the issue checked out. Got a room in a hotel next door and came back the following day. Waited till 9:30am to find out their lift was frozen due to freezing temps in ********, **. On asking when we would know what the issue was, so we could leave knowing the problem would be fixed, we were told 11:30am that morning. Almost noon now we still have no idea and the car is still sitting on the parking lot. It was very upsetting seeing the level of dedication their guys and the owners had to attend to the issue. Absolutely unprofessional and lack of customer support. We got an Uber and left to pick up the rental and then finally around 5pm we were informed the total cost was $620 for three hours of shop time and oh wait they also replaced the radiator cap since that was the only issue they found after three freaking hours. I am having a ********** look at the issue now. Would not recommend these guys at all.

    They always have an excuse - I have been waiting 5 months from time insurance approved repairs. No one is working when you go to the shop - never go to this place I am considering filing a complaint with the *********** for fraud, my insurance company to get their money back - they are not part of BBB or accredited! Wasn't able to investigate before bringing car to them - a friend had their car repair done (took a year). My friend since let me know her nephew suspected rats chewing the wires - and they said "It didn't happen here". ***** and cheats and thieves - If I could give no stars I would.
