    They took my vehicle and a check for 5k. The money was to get the car running and begin customizing it. For 9 months he's blown me off. Now he refuses to return the vehicle and the money. He has done nothing except spend the 5k he's never done one penny work. Now he's claiming transportation costs and faked work on the vehicle. He was given new key and ignition switch. He's lying his ass off. I want the car returned and my money back. He has done literally nothing but washed the car in 9 months5

    He made unreasonable demands for repairing the vehicle. He was also threatening and I submitted his texted complaints to the police. He can come and pick up his vehicle whenever he wants.

    This business has my car to replace the motor. They have had my car for one year eight months. Their communication is awful. I have to call them to find out what the car status is. I never get a straight answer. They lie or don't answer my calls. I live in Arizona and this shop is in New Mexico. Our car broke down on a road trip and they were the closest shop to us at the time. This car is my only vehicle. Not only do I nit have the car but I am still paying for it. I want them to fix the car and return it to me. I have waited long enough. Please help. Complaints have been filled with the *****.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This establishment has had a one year and eight months to repair our car. I have been extremely patient. Them being backed up is not my problem. I also deserve better communication from Coast  2 Coast. We would not be going through the BBB if our car was repaired in a timely manner. Again employee issues are not my problem. I did nothing to you all, why am I being treated this way?

    To whom it may concern:

    I am writing you about an ASE-certified shop, Cost to Cost Automotive in Moriarty NM. I was 1st introduced to this shop because I needed an appraisal of my 1967 Ford truck. The expressed interest in working on the truck. So what I asked to be done was as follows:

    Get the truck running and driving.
    Fix the brakes completely.
    Remove the fuel tank and flush it out.
    Flush brake lines and replace them as needed.
    New master cylinder
    New fuel pump
    Turn or replace all drums.
    Replace all brake shoes.
    Rebuild the carburetor if needed.
    Replace the air filter.

    The front brakes were never touched.
    No drums were replaced it turned.
    No receipts were provided for replacement parts for warranty issues.
    Replace fuel pump leaves.
    The fuel tank was never removed (unsure how or if was flushed).
    The brakes are now not working.
