  This business provides terrible customer service and poor-quality work. I had my windows tinted, but they all had bubbles. When I brought them back for a redo, they left the windows the same and blamed the issue on the windows themselves. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they refused to fix the problem unless the bubbles were peeling, at least the size of a dime, or fading. When I requested to speak with the owner, I was told he doesnt speak to customers unless the issue meets those criteria.

  The owners are complete scammers. They take advantage of their Groupon customers and show zero regard for their time or business. Very disrespectful and will reach out to threaten you on via text if you disagree with them. ****** *** ***** told me that they do a lower quality of job for Groupon customers because he doesn’t value people who aren’t “big spenders” look at their google reviews. They also have a “closed business” page on yelp that have quite a few bad reviews and started a new one. This business is sketch. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen, tried to steal my money before I could even get a service I paid for.

  I GOT A NEW TRUCK AND WAS HAPPY TO GET **** FROM ****. UNFORTUNATLY I PAID THE MONEY AND GOT **** . THEN I ROLLED MY WINDOW DOWN AND THE **** CAME WITH IT. GUESS WHAT, WHEN I TOOK IT BACK, THEY ASKED ME FOR $35 DOLLARS TO CLEAN THE WINDOW. I AM CALLING YOU OUT. IF YOU ARE A RESPECTFULL LOCAL BUSSINESS FOR THE COMMUNITY. YOU WILL HONOR YOUR WORK AND REPLACE THE **** ON THE WINDOW THAT I PAID FOR. IF YOU DO I WILL EDIT THIS AND CALL YOU A RESPECTFULL BUSINESS ...... LETS SEE

  First, when I called to make an appointment, whoever answered was angry. They made an appointment with me for 9am on June 8, 2024. Then at 7:30AM, they rescheduled my appointment without my permission but I assumed it was for a good reason. I go to the shop at 9:50 and no one is there. I called their number and someone picked up the phone and then clicked it off. At 9:56 am I texted asking explicitly are yall show up today or not? The owner was there in within a min of the text, van roaring into the lot and scrams showing up today or not? Really?? Rather than deal with this sort of anger, I said never mind you can keep the window tint got in my car and left. At no point have I raised my voice or been disrespectful in anyway. I have been direct, which apparently the owner didnt like. I posted a review, and this man immediately started texting me from another number and making false claims on the Internet that he told me his family members had been killed. If that were the case I wouldve told him to cancel.Then he made a legal threat under my review. Between the deceitful behavior and unwanted, harassing communications, and legal threats, I am blown away, this man wasted countless hours of my time although Im happy he never touched my vehicle. When someone shows me who they are, I pay attention. Luckily, the owner showed me who he was this morning and I prevented any future need for interaction with this unscrupulous business.

  Its against state law to remove seats from vehicles for detailing, I did not know that. My seats were improperly reinstalled and my a/c seats no longer work.Zero stars for this TERRIBLE business. First off, during check out, the guy took his shoes and socks off, itched his foot and put different shoes on. Did not wash his hands and proceeded with the transaction. Second, the tint job on my car is absolutely terrible. They said the bubbles would go away, pretty normal..but weeks later there is hair, dust and other things trapped in the tint. When I called them out they said it was because my car was dirty, but I also paid them to detail it. He got VERY upset, belittled me and someone else texted me and gave an excuse why he was so mean, apologized and offered to replace the tint. They stuck a sticker to my car and said I'd get a discount next time if I left it on. Also super weird they filmed a reaction video of me looking at my car and it felt so awkward. Not even a year later and there is a 12inch bubble in the tint that keeps spreading. Do not waste time or money in this business. Look at the better business bureau reviews, as well as their court records. People are seeking settlement for damage to their vehicles.

  First off they are not a scam Ive used this company for years and theyve always been exceptionally nice and the service is great . When I found them I found them on Groupon but once you find out what Groupon takes from these small business owners its awful so I just go directly to the business and give them the money I mean why would you pay a middle man thats not even doing the work ! Also Ive read some of the other reviews I mean really we live in *** where does it take 45 minutes to get from one side of town to the other ??? Where you coming from BELEN ? ESPANOLA ? Im sure theres shop there lol . But either way these guys do great work and do no deserve to have a F on there rating . If your looking for a great Job in your vehicle this is the place .

  Ive used this company for the past 5 years and they have always given me exceptional services . Yes sometimes you have to leave a voicemail but Ive always gotten a call back I used the Groupon once and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone Groupon is more of the scam than anything ! Support your local business locally instead of going through Groupon which takes half their money I do and always get great service . Thanks again Guys for the great Detail job
