    I purchased a tint package for my car for this company through Groupon. They cancelled my appointment without notice, refuse to reschedule and now they have marked the voucher redeemed and refuse to refund my money even though I have never even seen their building. They are lying to groupon saying I redeemed the voucher and the service was performed. No service has been performed and I have not been refunded. Groupon support said the Tint Palace won't refund even though they told me they would. They are lying and this is theft. I paid for a service that was not provided. They refuse to return my money. Illegal activity for sure

    This business was found after a local search on *******. On 03/03/2023, I purchased a ******* for a detail service on my wife's car. I contacted the business to schedule the detail service and was told there were not any openings for one month. Detail service ended up being scheduled on 04/08/2023. Almost immediately after scheduling this service on March 07, 2023, Tint Palace redeemed the *******. I was not concerned at the time and thought it may have been redeemed in order to confirm my appointment. When I arrived a month later for scheduled service, I was told that the detailer called in and service would have to be rescheduled. I later began looking through reviews and saw that many others were also having this problem, *******s being redeemed and no service performed (once a ******* is redeemed, it is very difficult to receive a refund). I also saw that whoever is running the company account is very rude back to customers after the reviews that are left. I contacted ******* to investigate this issue, and was told by ******* that the business stated that service was performed and that we were just not happy with the results. I am now not happy because this business lied in order to keep the money and it appears they have done this to many others, and left us with a service that still has not been received. I am still planning on writing a business review, but quite frankly do not want to reschedule with this business after seeing the sneakiness they are pulling in order to keep customer's money.

    I purchased a groupon on 12/8/2022 for window tinting from this merchant. I had an appointment this morning to have the tint done. Just before I arrived I got a text at 0947 from ###-###-#### that they were canceling my appointment at 1000 because they had a flat tire. They were supposed to have that fixed then call me back to schedule again for later today. I’ve tried to call them a few times, both the cell number and the office number. You cannot leave a message on either number. I can see on the reward receipt that they have seen my text messages. Then I realized that they marked the groupon voucher redeemed two days ago on March 7. 2023. The day i worked a 13 hour shift. They collected the Groupon money and I was not given the service that I purchased. I want a $48 refund and gas money from them for wasting my time. I drove 45 minutes each way for them to cancel my appointment and not return any calls or messages. They are a scam and should not be allowed to prey on customers using coupons. They should be shut down.
