I purchased new appliances in year 2020. At that time my local appliance dealer recommended that I should purchase an extended warranty with Mack Worldwide Warranty since they are reliable and have great service.Right now i am in desperate need for repair for my dishwasher. I actually filled a claim back in the month of march 2023 and since then I am being pushed away with promises that never happen and am stuck with a broken machine.I would greatly appreciate if you can do something so they should come and repair my dishwasher.Thank you ******************************* P.S. Tracking # *****. Piece for constantly not working dryer ordered 3/26/23. Told they'd be back in 2 weeks. No communication since, with emails and voicemails going unreturned. This dryer has needed repairs since purchase. We have a full warranty and yet **** are impossible to get in touch with for repairs. At their latest visit to us they told my husband the installation is at fault for the problems. We checked this out with the builders, and their excuse is totally wrong.Business Response

HI,I bought a Warrenty from **** for a Refrigerator in May 2019. In February I contacted **** regarding my refrigerator not working and freezing over all the time. I was put throught the run around and finally after calling over 30 times I got someone to come down put that in on May 9 2023. The refirgeator did not work after its still freezing over. I tried to call them again but no one answered or I was given the run around all over again. I can't wait another 3 months for them to try and come fix the problem. I just need a new fridge. I had a 6 yr contract with **** for warranty on my ** washing machine. contract #*******. After a couple of attempts to repair my washer which was continously not working . **** wanted to absolve the warranty & offered to reimburse me with 600$. I signed an agreement with them. Its almost a full year now i have reached out to them numerous numerous times via phone & via emails. I spoke to ***** who told me she doesnt know why it wasnt signed off in august of 2022 , ***** Manager, ***** sent my complaint to upper management i think his name is **** . i too have emailed to him nobody is responding ; But as of now nothing is happening. I purchased a extended warrantee troughs Mackam extended warrantee It's been6 weeks I'm trying to file a claim and I speak daily to their customer ********************** and they tell me someone will call me to schedule a repair. 6 weeks daily waiting on hold of over one hour .Left many massages to supervisor . No call back.Call the agent more than 20 Times. If this is a legit company they will have a supervisor or anyone that can help .It's a big scam . The agent tell me I left you name in the call back list they wil call you. It shouldn't take os many phone calls to get someone to come see your dishwasher if u have extended warrantee.First they gave me a hard time with the recept feom My dishwasher and the warrantee .I sent all paperwork they didn't accept . So I got the store that I purchased to reach out. And they told me they presented them with the same recept that I had sent them .Then someone called me to do over the phone troubleshooting . He called Me next day and I told him the results . We purchased a thermador range/oven with Town appliance in ******** **. At that time (2/10/2020) we also purchased a warranty with Mack Worldwide Warranty for the range for $275 which was a 6 year warranty covering all repairs under $7000. Back around this time last year I began having issues with the range and I called town appliance who told me to reach out to ****. **** never returned my phone calls. After months and months of me contacting them via phone/voice messages and emails, ****** at **** informed me Id have to contact thermador directly and wed have to pay out of pocket and then be reimbursed. Thermador came out once for an estimate (4/7/23) and we had to pay upfront for them to come out and for part of the work that needed to be done. The total estimate was for ****** and we were responsible for ****** up from that day. My wife emailed ****** on 4/7 immediately after ********* left to let her know of the first balance we were owed (with receipts attached) where she responded saying to send her the receipts once all was paid in full.. Thermador came back out on 4/13/23 where we paid the remaining ******. My wife emailed her again with all receipts attached saying we were all paid up and ****** never responded. My wife reached out again and ****** still hasnt responded. **** has a reputation of doing this and so Im coming directly here to put an end to it. I am asking for my full reimbursement of ****** from Mack Worldwide Warranty and an apology from ****** for her unprofessional behavior and negligence.Initial Complaint

We submitted a request for **** on 01/12/2023 to repair our washing Machine (ticket# *****) which is covered under their warranty (Warrenty# *******). We have since called them multiple times and whenever we have been able to reach a person have been assured we will be taken care of but as of today, 04/17/2023, they have still not contacted us back at all and have not come to us, or even scheduled to come to us to fix the machine. We paid for this warranty and they have not honored it at this point.We asked if we could hire a repair person on our own and have them reimburse us as they have done with their warranties in the past but they refused and said they will not reimburse us. I asked for a full refund for the warranty which they aren't honoring and they said they will only8 reimburse a prorated amount which doesn't make sense as we need the cost of the repair covered. that's why we purchased the warranty in the first place.At this point, we would like a full refund paid back to us plus any extra costs we incur to fix the machine.Business Response

We definitely want to continue the case as we have not received any communication from the vendor at all and were forced to replace the machine. We are out the cost of a new machine besides what we paid for the warranty.

I purchased a 5 year warranty on a fridge. June, 2022 the fridge began to make problems. After lots of back and forth **** finally sent a tech in August who said the fridge needs a start relay. After ordering the part and replacing it, the fridge still didnt work. Finally in October 2022 **** offered a reimbursement of $800, which I accepted. They said it takes 60 business days to process the reimbursement check. We are much passed that and I have received nothing. Any calls or emails go unanswered. Just a secretary will pick up and tell me she will give over the message to management. This replays itself again and again. No check. Unanswered messages.Initial Complaint

**** warranties is known to give customers the run around. they make it very difficult to get service in the hope that you will forget about the issue.this has been a nightmare.i had been running after **** to fix my icemaker for a while. ****** closes the thread and then there's no way to get them to come.finally , they came but the ice maker is still not working and the fridge started making a noise ever since they came.you better stop this run around.please send a repair guy asap. and give me $100 compensation. the next step is class action lawsuit. or small claims court. if youre a customer reading this you may want to join me in a class action lawsuit.
