      December 3, 2022 Order# DLZ6765. I would like to receive a refund for the amount of $50.39 for an item I returned because person given the gift had no need for it.I got my credit card company involved and finally got an address to send the item back to. I sent it certified mail and got a response stating the item was received. Later my credit card company said ******** stated that they never received it. My credit card company state they needed a paper copy from me. I have never received any paperwork. All communication has been through my email. I sent my credit card company all conversation through email the certified copy from the post office as proof it was sent and statement it was received. that was not good enough the my credit card company. the dispute team closed this so now ******** has my returned item and and my money. please help me so I can receive compensation. Call, I have everything written down.

      On March 30,2023 I ordered 2 items from ******** on line which totaled ****** I did receive a confirmation on my order. Checking tracking# JXCYS2023776319YQ I learned items were delivered to someone in **************** ***** April 21. I confirmed my address was correct and notified imaxtool by email. On April 23, 2023 I received an email from imaxtool stating there was insufficient address information on the package. They also provided mea different tracking # ******************* for the ***** They wanted me to follow up myself to find my items. I did not package the items for shipment I did nothing wrong. It was there job to correct this situation not mine At this time i told them via email to get me my items to me express or a refund. At this point i just want a refund, because they did not provide me with my item. They have stopped responding to me cutting off all communication. The information I provided on the company is all I have. I got it off there web site. They have chosen to steal my money, And refuse to come to a resolution. I have no idea how to upload my emails. I do have a fax machine which i am able to send them in needed.

      Its related to mine previous complaints #********. Since than Sole sports have sent parts. Mechanic came only in 3 weeks after parts arrived and mine multiple calls. He opened the cover and told that they have not sent me all needed parts and left. He promised to call but did not.

      I woke up this morning to find a random charge for almost $200 for an order I did not make. I am a single mother and I have no money for food for the kids. This was not a subscription because the one I had was only for $18.00
