      The desk I purchased arrived broken in multiple places. It was also the wrong color. When I reported the issue and stated that I wanted to return it rather than have replacements sent, they began negotiating first with a 5% discount, a 10% discount, then a 15% discount if I kept it and accepted 1 replacement part.
      After refusing and asking for my refund and a shipping label multiple times, they said if I kept the desk, they would return 40% of the purchase price, or they could ship one replacement part and a 15% discount.
      I refused again, and they said they would have to find someone able to handle this problem and that I should contact them if I didn't hear back in 2 days.

      Their own website says the following, "Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:
      1. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or free replacement if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item."
      yet they refuse to abide by their own published policies.

      I bought a battery powered chain saw from IToolMax with 2 batteries. One of the batteries only lasted 60 days. I called and e-mailed the customer service department numerous times and asked for a replcement battery, because the product came with a 1 year warrenty.The best they would do is a 20 percent discount on a new battery. Then why advertise a 1 year warrenty?

      It took over a month for them to deliver my order, which I ordered on 11/15/2023 and paid $78.37. The order finally arrived on 12/17/2023--and only after I repeatedly contacted the company to ask about my order.The items ordered were two "cashmere" shirts, but when the order arrived, neither shirt was made of cashmere.This address in ********** appears to be a front for a company in *****. The company's name is ******** ************************* **** Their website is www.tatumer.com and their customer service email is ********************* I have repeatedly asked their customer service to refund me. Each time, they promised to refund me, but they never followed through.

      I purchased heated mittens from Savior Heated mittens on November 22, 2023.I ordered a size small- they arrived but were too large -so I order an extra small and they fit.I have tried to contact the ************** , with no response. the only tangible information I have is the shipping return address information from the package.********************************************************************************************** Thank you,******************* Why do they scam people?

      They took months to delivery a product that was not what I ordered and refuse to give a refund.

      ordered a 3 in 1 grass trimmer, order#****, and experienced several issues immediately upon using it. Saw blade intermittently would not function at all, connecting hub becoming EXTREMELY hot with minimal use (30seconds or less), but main reason for requesting return information/refund is it completely dismantling during use sending a sharp blade (and other connecting parts) flying at high velocity in all directions.. only the guard kept the pcs at ankle level instead of eye level) but sent them up to 30 feet in all directions. I have since researched reviews and found, even tho claim it can not (should not) happen due to the "self tightening" nature of the construction, I found it has happened to others as well so "could not happen" is off the table. I have attempted email, ******** post responding to advertisement, "contact us" info on website, and phone (no response) and the "chat" option on website (also no response).. I repackaged the item on the same day I rec;d it and have been attempting to contact them ever since (now going on three weeks).

      Purchased 2 dresses online 5-5-23 for $66.59. Same dress with one hem much shorter than the other. Asked for a return label from the seller and received emails but no return label. I want a full refund and to return the dresses.

      They lost my package. When a case was made and the head office looked into tracking, ******************* called me from this location and lied about it never leaving my local ***** I had to go to my local and I asked them based on this info I was given. They didn't have it, when I checked tracking myself it showed it made it to Monroe but was never scanned in. I called to speak with ******************* about her lying about the situation and the inconvenience it caused me and my local office, her supervisor couldn't have cared less. Told me to fill out the insurance claim, and essentially 'oh well, it happens' type attitude. Not CS standard in my opinion.

      04-11-2023 Order NO. ******. I ordered 2 large LED 2x4' ceiling lights that took 28 business days to arrive, coming from *****. The credit card charge was $774.72 for both light fixtures. I received one box and it did not appear adequately packaged for shipment. When opened, I noticed the lens cover had a large chip on the rim. The metal frame was also dented. The intended use was above my dental operatory chairs. I immediatley responded to the Tracking notice, telling Litfad not to send the other since the packaging was flimsy and poor on the first one received. Litfad evidently did stop, the paid for, second light. I did what Litfad requested; 6 pictures of all sides and the packaging. They responded asking for more. I had it all taped up, ready to go back. I did not receive the 2nd package. I have not received a refund for the undelivered or the damaged light.

      They sent me the wrong item and I asked them to fix it with another item. They told me to purchase the new item so I can return the other item. After I purchased it they told me no refunds and then cancelled the new order and I never received the old order. This company stole roughly $700 from my company with fraudulent business practices.
