      Had a round ticket from ********* to **. My family with two kids have to wait for one full hour in cold ,rainy and windy weather on 11/21/23. They told us the bus was to be delayed by 15 min and end up delayed by 1 hr and even they don't apologize.

      Worst bus service ever. Been waiting for at least an hour at 7 in the morning, and no bus came. No notification on the update, nothing. Had to call them to ask about the status of the bus, and it was delayed by 2.5 hours. Came back home, still no notification after 2.5 hours, called them again, and it got delayed further for 2.5 hrs. And when I asked them about sending me updates, they said I have to call and ask them every single time. So stupid. So unprofessional. Asked for my refund, and they said I would not get until the trip is completed, which god knows when will it happen. Not advisable to chose this bus service.

      First megabus is NOT a discounted bus you spend just as much secondly where's the wifi that's being offered but doesn't work to long of a ride without working internet that's being advertised as convenient to use NOT DOESNT EVEN WORK I WANT PARTIAL REFUND FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT an the anxiety it caused

      Brion 1 review New feature "track my bus" My letter to Megabus: Hello, Welcome back to Northern California. I have been a loyal customer since 2010 ish and have always been happy with your service and was sad to see you leave several years ago. Unfortunately, on Tuesday May 16, 2023 your second day back to serving Sacramento to San Francisco. I missed my first bus due to your new track my bus feature. Unfortunately, it was not accurate with glitches which cause me to miss the bus all together. So I re-booked later that same day and your new tracking feature worked flawless. I had the perfect experience. I was wondering if you would be able to refund my first booking or even a credit voucher would be nice as I already have future trips planned. Thank you for your consideration. Megabus response: Hello and thank you for contacting Megabus Customer Service. I am sorry to hear you missed your bus!    I understand you are requesting that refund be provided, however as outlined and stated in in the terms and conditions prior to proceeding with the purchase, all ticket sales are final.   We suggest that all passengers be at the bus stop location 15 minutes before boarding to ensure timely boarding as we cannot hold the doors open for passengers who are unable to make their trip. Once our driver completes loading passengers onto the bus, the doors are shut and the parking brake is released, and the bus departs.  While I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with any compensation ( refund, credit) as the service was executed.   Thank you for choosing Megabus.       Location:********* *******************, *******, ** March 28, 2023, 4:30 pm Beware of this location (********* *******************, *******, **) and its employees. The bus was over one hour late (it happens, not the problem). However, a Megabus bus arrived and just parked, and a woman driver in the driver seat, that seemed either asleep, passed out drunk, or worse, was just sitting with her head on the wheel. Being confused as to what was going on, since the bus was already 30 minutes late, I called Megabus customer service. I explained that when I tried to track the bus online, it said there was no tracking information, but that there was a Megabus parked, with a female driver that seemed asleep, or passed out. The Megabus agent tried to contact the driver directly, but was not able to. So the Megabus agent on the phone instructed me to approach the bus, knock on the door/window, and try to wake up the driver. After several attempts, the driver was not responding. I asked my sister for help, and she knocked on the other side, finally waking up the driver. The driver started screaming at us, and was very threatening. We tried to explain to her that we were on the phone with the Megabus representative, and he wanted to talk to her. The driver continued screaming at us and threatening us, and refused to speak on the phone with the Megabus representative. I asked the driver for her name, but she refused. We went to the Megabus booth, while I was still on the phone with the Megabus representative, and the booth person was also rude and refused to speak with the representative on the phone. I tried to put a complaint against those two employees, but was not able because they refused to give me their names. The time was 4:30 pm on March 28, 2023.Sent from *** on Android

      UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEVES, that's what this company is. I bought a ticket ******* to *************** for March 10 leaving at 4:30pm. On the ticket it states that the ******* stops its located at ************ at **** S. Orange Bloosom Trail (just this, nothing else). Even though, I know where **************** is located, I used the *** and entered the **** address so I would've known where to wait for the bus, but it took me to the Shake Shack and main entrance of this mall. ************ is a big mall with a huge parking lot.I was there a couple of minutes before the departure time, and I never saw the bus. I called 5 minutes past 4:30pm to ask why the bus hasn't arrived and to my surprise the representative told me I needed to wait for the bus infront of a store and gave me the name of the store plus the street's name where I should've waited for the bus. I explained her that on the ticked it does not mention that, and I follow the ticket's "instructions" where it says to go to ************ and the specific address that takes you to the main entrance of the mall. Just so you understand, the store the representative mentioned is on the other side of where the address on the ticket took me. and, again, on the ticket it does not mention what the rep told me. I spoke to 2 persons until I finally was transferred to a supervisor. He did not want to ***** a refund or at least a ticket for another time. He kept saying the address on the ticket is where the bus stops. THAT'S A LIE. I even told him just go to ****** map and enter the address yourself and you'll see where it takes you NO EVEN CLOSE TO WHERE THEY CLAIMED THE BUS STOPS. It's misleading and I will be reporting this to the BBB, they are stealing people's money, although they are aware of the error.This company does not deserve even one star.

      its look like customers rubbery service.I purchased round trip their website its not clearly instruction.I clicked accidentally wrong pickup drop off location when I called them customer service they did not help I purchased new ticket.When I called them returning location change thay asked $20 extra too.Be careful and dont trap your mone

      I booked a trip to *** from ******. I realized later I had to change the reservation to a different day. It clearly notes on their website they do not give refunds. I cancelled and rebooked the trip, getting an e-mail confirmation of $120 credit and a rebooked date. This morning my bank account was charged twice. Not, pending...charged. I called and they state I double booked, that it was my mistake and they probably won't refund. I called my bank and explained and now I have to go out of my way and fill out the chargeback form for Mastercard. I'm sure if they are blatantly stealing from me, they are doing it to others. Beware.

      Horrible experience. Booked an 11:20pm ************ to *** bus. Waited at the station and it never came, so had to find a different way home in the middle of the night. Called the next day to ask for a refund and was told I cannot be given one because the bus eventually came at 12:29am (yes, over an hour late in the middle of the night). No notification, no email, nothing. And were no weather issues either. What's worse, they said they can't control "minor delays." Terrible way to treat customers, and will never use again.
