  I am the owner of a small speech therapy practice. I contracted with iSolve RCM to handle my credentialing and billing services. At the time of first contact, I let them know that I had several private pay clients that I did not want or need help with billing. They initially told me this was alright and they would just handle billing for insurance funded clients. I went through the credentialing process and I paid for 5 insurances, however, they were only able to fully credential me with 2 insurances and I was told I would have to wait an indefinite amount of time to hear back from the other insurance companies. I decided to move forward with the billing process at iSolve RCM and was paired with ***************** to help with billing. **** gave me very vague information about how to start the billing process via email and insisted that we speak over the phone, however, it took over a month for me to connect with her over the phone, despite multiple attempts. Meanwhile, I was seeing a ******** funded client without receiving payment, because I needed assistance with the billing. When I finally connected via phone with **** she told me how the billing process worked (which could have been a simple email) and that they would send a contract. **** was also insistent that ISolve RCM needed to handle all of my billing, not just insurance funded patients. I explained to her that I was told when signing on that ISolve could handle just my insurance funded patients. She said she would check with her manager and then sent me a poorly worded email stating that they had to be all or nothing with billing. I was misled by this company multiple times. They wasted my time and money. Now Im going to learn to bill insurance myself because if someone as incompetent as Heba can do it, I am sure I can learn to do it myself.

  My Agency signed up with iSolve RCM for credentialing services. *************************** played a significant role in the decision, we are still in the credentialing application process but ******************* has been an asset and is available all the time.We hope to have final results soon to happily put a additional and great review!

  These guys are eager *******! Very knowledgeable about insurance credentialing, even Medicare/ Medicaid which can be a nightmare to work with. ALWAYS responsive to my emails, texts and phone calls. They are always reaching out to me to offer me deals and discounts and I am glad I used them and will used them again in the future.

  We had difficulty trying to get approval from one of the healthcare insurance providers. However, when we contacted iSolve RCM, their experience and knowledge was all it took to rectify the problem. iSolve RCM has the best responsive team that I have ever seen. They provide feedback to their clients in less than twenty-four hours. The credentialing manager is persistent towards accomplishing his target, irrespective of the challenges involved in resolving issues related to credentialing. The manager has an effective and outstanding way of communicating with iSolve RCM clients and the insurance companies during the credentialing process. My company is so impressed with iSolve RCM. Their services are impeccable, and we intend to continuously use iSolve RCM to expand our business.
