    **** helped me with Credentialing and he was excellent. He returned calls quickly when I had concerns and he completed provincially with insurance comp companies quickly and kept me up-to-date on the status of my applications.

    ***** from credentialing ISOLVE RCM and his team were extremely helpful. I have been trying to get linked with an insurance company with a new ***- It was a HUGE headache. After A YEAR and a half of trying to do this ON MY OWN- I reached out to this team. ***** was not only helpful but he answered my emails and continued to KEEP IN TOUCH with me about the progress, which a lot of agents dont. I appreciate his hard work and the diligence of this team. If I need any other credentialing or assistance in this area- I WILL BE BACK for assistance! Thank you all so much!!! *******

    Most patient team of people. Mr *** has been doing my credentialing for my company **********************. From the start I have been so impressed. He is so proactive, persistent with me that I get my docs in and extremely knowledgeable. As a busy clinician, there are times I have delayed sending certain docs to in, Mr *** will find a way to politely remind me, guide me and make sure I send it without being pushy. Thank you iSolve RCM for getting me well on my way to opening my company and accepting patients with the insurances that I am now credentialed with. You guys rock.

    They all are polite, hard working professionals, do their job seriously. **** contacted me frequently while my applications were being processed, updated me via phone/emails regularly on each and every unit. They made themselves available for questions/queries, offered discounts on bundles of units. Liked working with them.
