    Am just learning about this 'business'. In October, I believe, we ordered cashmere jacket, sweater. It was never received. Filed a claim with my credit card company, who immediately credited my account. Yesterday (November 27, 2023) we received a package containing something which is not even remotely like my order, in the wrong size. Luckily the package contained the shipping address. Through some checking found this company which is responsible for its shipment.Either they are out to ******* buyers or are TOTALLY inept!Now I have to go back to the credit card company to assure they understand and my journey may end!

    I ordered a clear office floor mat on October 17, 2023 and today is November 4th and I still haven't received my item. Apparently this item just sat there and wasn't even sent to UPSP until Oct. 31st, 2023. So it's delayed, but for how long? Will I get it before Christmas? Don't have anything good to say about thie company.

    I have had an order from this company pending since 10/7/23. Two weeks. Not sure what I had ordered, if it was for me or a wish. I tried tracking the number but it's still in NY. There's a ** contact number, so I will send them a letter asking where my pkg is. There's $100 insurance on the pkg so I will also go to the ** and see if I can claim the insurance since I never received my pkg.

    I received the reading glasses that I purchased. I ordered the the strength that that suggested. I can't read anything with this STRONG strength. I want to return them if I can find an address or phone #. Don't purchase anything from this company.

    I received a harmonica in the mail, and I definitely did not order it, nor would I ever! The sender information simply said **** and the address in ***********, **. What is the catch? Ive checked all my credit cards, and nothing was charged to any of them. Id like to be able to send it back to the proprietor, but not gonna lie, I dont want to spend the money for the postage!

    Just received a motorcycle windshield purchased through Amazon from **** at this address. Adequate quality, reasonable packaging. Not a scam. Tracking information skimpy but product arrived ahead of schedule.WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?

    I have no idea why I received a cheap diamond ring since I never bought anything from **** (with the ********** return address). I suspect this is either a scam and/or somehow connected to *****. Weird

    No phone number to call for a return No invoice in the pkg Ordered 2 XL on two items and both came 4 XL PISSED!!!
