  Very poor customer service. This company has had possession of my package since October 29, 2024, and still has not turned it over to ****. There is no contact phone # listed for them to find out where my package is. Very unhappy. Have a feeling they stole the package.

  Takes forever to receive orders. Chat through the website states what is on website but item is still beyond the date promised.

  They have, according to tracking, had my order for over a week. They are less that 45 minutes from the delivery point, but they have not given the package to ****. They have no website or contact information so they can't be reached by phone or email. I ordered an item but I have no way to reach them about the status.

  I believe this to be a fraudulent business. They do not refund money by prolonging it by sending emails until the time expires. They also, sell products well below normal item prices baiting you to purchase from them.

  My hat said get *** not Ft ***. Very cheap hat for the price paid. I live an hour away from them in N. J. The package went to ********** and then back. Im very dissatisfied. Try to get a complaint to the? Good luck with that. Theres 5 steps and can take well over a month. I will never buy anything from them again. I advise you not to either.

  I was scammed, order a putt putt yard game and received a padded envelope with nothing but a postcard in it for $60.00

  Don't order anything from them unless you absolutely know your size. I order a large bathing suit and a medium to make sure. Thinking I would just return if they don't fit. Well, the large and medium were too big. So, I exchanged the medium for a small. Once again, thinking I could return if it doesn't fit. Still too big on the bottom. Went to return the small, was told I could not return they did not accept a second return on an item. That absolutely makes no sense. They said it was their policy. I believe their policy needs to be revisited. Now I have a bathing suit that doesn't fit. Honestly will not buy from here again.

  O ****, pure ****, I received 3 body suit the one like a girdle flimsy as h*** and not even my granddaughter could fit in them and she is a medium in size. The worst part of this is I never ordered them, 3 came... 2brown one black. My original ordered was 3 of the wide sided braw with 4 hooks to the back, I white 42 DD same size in all of them, one beige and one black which I never got. I was charged for them but got no receipt, no item sheet in the bag for what was sent and no where to send them back to... this seller is a rip off and a scammer. I paid for something sent to me I never ordered and seems to be stuck with it unusable. That's a darn shame to scam people like this, there is no honesty with most of these chinese sellers. The cost to do a return tripples, the cost of all the item sent by this company is so much less in cost than the return cost so u wind up with unusable product from china. Am out am sick of people been cheated by these sellers in china.
