    Video ordered 3/15/25, never received. After 2 emails, nasty response from ***** C ****** ************* stated I didn't include proper information and copy of original order. There is no information on the first 2 emails that advise the process. Subsequent 3 emails with requested information have not been responded to. I'm contacting my credit card company for an investigation and refund. Absolutely do not recommend this company for any of their products.

    I ordered a 13-disc set of lectures on Western Civilization on October 16, 2024. I have written three emails to request the product that I ordered or receive a full refund of $104.The customer service representative who responded wrote a condescending response saying that the product was shipped. No tracking information. No discs. No refund as of yet on November 12, 2024.I doubt that this company exists, and their customer service is worth zero stars.Respectfully submitted,**** ********

    Stay away from this company! I ordered two DVDs a month ago. Nothing. No tracking number, no contact. I emailed and got a snotty response back. I emailed again and have heard nothing. Don't bother. Terrible customer service. They will take your money and you will get nothing. Beware!

    I paid for a download of a product and didn't read fine print that the link expired in 3 days and would not be resent. I requested a new link and was referred to the fine print that said the link would not be resent. I was shocked. Why not just resend a link. I don't want to say the company is a scam, but it certainly isn't reputable.
