5 starsI definitely recommend Paul the Plumber for electrical work !! And if their plumbers are like their electrician I would recommend them as well.I had them replace an old electrical panel and they were great. The electrician and his apprentice were very professional and personable. They gave us an estimate for the work and explained what was to be done on Friday afternoon, got the required parts and fit us in for early morning on Monday.They arrived on time, worked until it was finished, checked out and marked all of the circuits and made sure everything was cleaned up in the basement.The office personnel were Awesome as well, great customer service. 1 starI recently had a service call with Paul the Plumber to repair a small cracked Kohler Aqua Piston in my toilet tank. They arrived and I showed them the cracked Piston and they quoted $647 for the repair, which seemed high. I was especially surprised when I was told the entire mechanism or tank might need removal to do this repair. Because of that high quote for a minor repair, I also inquired about a new toilet installation, which was quoted at $1,374 if they brought the unit, or $600 if I provided the toilet. The subsequent quote later increased to $708 when emailed. I ended up purchasing the $11 part and completed the repair myself in under a minute, just after they left.While I understand the importance of covering operational costs, the pricing seemed excessive compared to the actual repair cost. I hope Paul the Plumber can adjust their pricing to remain fir and competitive while delivering quality service.Paul The Plumber

5 starsThey were prompt, pleasent and hard working. I had two visits in two days because my sink didn't leak when they were here the first time. The second visit the tiny yet annoying hole, was found. I agreed to the quote, he had everything in the truck, and quickly fixed the problem. All interactions were professional and they even cleaned up before the left. Overall, I have determined that my plumbing issues will be fixed by Paul the Plumber from now on.Paul The Plumber

3 starsHad both electrician and plumber doing seperate work on my house. Plumber had to come back after charging me $500 to fix my leaky tub (replaced the tub spout) 2 hours after he left its started leaking again. Had to come out again the next day and charged another $600 to change a pipe behind the water handle. Had to call a plumber back the next dayhe put the pipe on backwards AND didnt seal the plate to the tile nor did he seal the tub spout. When I turned the water on the water leaked into my walls. The electrician had to do some wiring behind the dishwasher. Not only did he not put the washer back in place right, he knew he didnt because he put long screws INTO MY CABINET to hold the dishwasher in place I had to call back again cuz the dishwasher wouldnt close cuz his screws were ineffective. Do NOT use the Paul the plumber!Paul The Plumber

That should have been covered under warranty from the first job you hired us for. We are refunding you that $600 today. We did leave a couple of voicemails with you to let you know, please do give us a call back if you get a chance. We apologize for this error on our part, and hope we can make it up to you. 5 starsI love this company! They responded immediately to my plumbing emergency. Had guys at my house within 2 hours. Great guys. I am a single woman and was very comfortable with ******. They fixed the plumbing problem. They saw my hot water heater was leaking. I singed up for the reward program, secured finacing through their company and scheduled the replacement for the water heater for tomorrow! Cant say enough good things!Paul The Plumber
