5 starsNorris Mechanical team are terrific, FIVE STAR SERVICE PRO's.
Our repair tech Heath was simply superb, model professional.
Our Air mover in attic quit, house was roasting, Heath troubleshot, identified problem part- when he did not have spare on truck he resourcefully found replacement, and got it and installed promptly. Heath then inspected, and tested our outside Compressor pressures and readings.
He recognized we needed a boost of R-22 for compressor, and added refrigerant as needed.
This was above, and beyond original trouble call, and demonstrates his keen eye for details and his commitment to providing the BEST CUSTOMER service. Our home HVAC system is hopefully ready for another North Carolina Summer, Thank you all at Norris Mechanical.

5 starsGreat company to use. I’ve been using their services for years related to yearly maintenance on my ac/heating system, plumbing and other home repairs and installations. Recently Norris installed a new ac/heating system at my Outer Banks residence. The installation was completed in a timely period by their friendly and professional crew. This business is definitely recommended.

5 starsNorris replaced a heat pump for us a couple years ago and have been using them for semi annual maintenance checks/service since. All the service techs have been timely, professional, and polite. Office staff efficient, polite and professional when scheduling service visits.
