Most importantly he is careful to leave things back together where they belong, polite, and respectful of the house not to bring mud dirt and rain all over the floor. 5 starsNorris Mechanical is the only company we will use for repairs and/or replacements. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are on top of maintenance and right there if/when there is a problem. We have taken advantage of their range of services from new heat pumps to duct cleaning/replacement. Tech Joe arrived on time, was very professional. Actually I had met Joe before at work, (DuckLanding) Joe got right to the job and completed the task of three units. When Joe was finished he came back in the house and told me all systems were in good working order.
I would also like to give a shout out to Stephanie who was able to squeeze us in after a cancelation. Thank you Stephanie.
