    This company nourishing find somehow got my credit card info and tried to charge me ***** for a service I never approved or signed up for. The day and time it was done I was not using my card. They are a scam. I called and no supervisor was available etc etc. they could not provide any information on how they got my card number etc

You either signed up after purchasing a health product online or via a phone call to your house.  If it were online, the purchase would have most likely been about a month or two ago. We are a Health and Wellness Educational website. We provide a health professional to answer customer emails regarding anything health related. The medical professional can also provide suggestions for a healthy diet for the customer. The site is updated frequently with blogs and health related articles. Tens of thousands of people sign up for the service each year.  Most are very happy with it.  We are sorry that you signed up in error or, if there was fraud of some sort, we recommend that you cancel your card. This can happen, and because of that, we make sure to stick to the no questions asked refund policy. However, the charge was declined by your bank and it did not go through. I personally went in the system today, and made sure that you had been removed from any type of re-billing. You will not see a charge from us again.

    I purchased a webinar on June 21, 2025. I quickly realized I did not have the credentials to participate so asked to cancel and get a refund. They replied almost immediately that they would not cancel or provide a refund and that they would instead offer me a substitute product. They never sent any further information on how to access the alternative products or how they would apply what I had paid. I then followed up several times only to be told they would offer a replacement product and then never received any access to it, and this company refuses to reply to my emails and request for information or refund . They also charged my card again and I was forced to cancel my card and get a new one.

However, you may have confused us from a different company as webinar is not part of our service, nor our company sells any products. We are a Health and Wellness Educational website.     I received a fraud alert from my credit card company for ***** with Nourishing Finds. I have never heard of this company and never signed up for any memberships with their organization. I'm just glad my credit card company caught it and declined it.

    I was charged $39.95 but the charge was declined by my CC. I do not know what this company is and why I was charged,

    Nourishingfinds charge my credit card for $39.95 and I've never heard of them. They did not have permission to do this. I only found out about it because my bank notified me of a possible fraud. Thank goodness my bank denied it. I'm also filing this to make sure that they do not put it through a second time.

    I got a fraud alert from my credit card company that Nourishingfinds was attempting to charge me $39.95 a month for membership. I have never heard of this company. The charge was declined and I will receive a new card, but I dont know how they got my information. I dont want to give them any more information so I dont want to contact them, but I dont want them to do it again. I have noticed other complaints similar to mine.

    My debit card was charged $39.95 on 4/18/25 by NourishingFinds. I have never heard of this company and didnt purchase anything or subscribe to anything from them. My bank ******************* notified me of this fraudulent charge. I have read numerous complaints about this company and the BBB should take action against them.

    I have been charged two months in a row (Feb and March, 2025) an amount of $39.95 for a service I NEVER requested. I have been able to reverse the charges by disputing the transaction on my credit card. I don't want to call this ridiculous company for fear of having to provide even more information than they already have, I need this company to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR SUBSCRIBER LIST. I have no idea how they got my charge card info, but this needs to end now. My next step, if not resolved, is to file a complaint with the **************************** of the *************************.

    I am rejecting this response because:  rejecting is the wrong word.  I have been credited the amount  on my charge card.   But  I want to insure that my 'membership' has been cancelled and that I will  incur no more charges for these unwanted services
