      I just concluded a review of an alleged amount in arrearage for past dues/assessments on my brother's condo by Community Manager, *******************************. At first, I was a bit irritated by the allegation. However, throughout the review, ****** was courteous, professional and determined to do the right thing. Once the problem was uncovered by her, she immediately deducted the alleged amount due for past dues/assessments and set things right. *********************** for *********************** 8039

      **** is on top of every issue she is tasked with, and where the board needs help, she gently guides us. She follows through and reminds us when necessary. Shes responsive, knowledgeable, and tactful. She is a pleasure working with her.

      This company fails to enforce HOA covenants. After two years of complaining about a boat in a front yard which violates HOA regulations, it is still in the yard. So far all I get from the CAMS agent are numerous excuses and promises its being addressed with the homeowners. If you care about the appearance of your community do not hire CAMS. Oh and by the waynobody works in their office. Remote working is unacceptable as we are way past covid.

      This management company does not respond to any requests for call backs. My townhouse and the 3 others around me were without water for 2 days and never got a response from CAMS. When we did they property manager was very apathetic and said things just happen. Since then us homeowners have had to call daily and arent getting a response back in terms of repair and clean up. The regional and VP are just as avoidant as the managers below them.

      Community Association Management - Worked with ***** to set up automatic debit of my ***************. He was very patient as we worked though getting me registered on their site and then completing the process for the auto debit. Definitely 5 stars.

      We purchased a new home (Seaside Bay) in May 2022. We immediately sent an email to our CAMS Community Manager questioning who is responsible for the maintenance of the large Swale that runs the length of our property. We received no response, to that email, so we contacted Brunswick County Storm Water Mgt. A County Employee came to see the Swale and condition of same. CAMS hired a contractor to brush hog the Swale, but failed to clear out the debris that had created a dam, restricting the flow of storm water. CAMS stated the Swale was compliant. We continued to contact CAMS with no response. With each storm, the of ponding of water and erosion of our property worsened. By September, the water from the Swale was 15 feet from the foundation of our home. We had no choice but to hire a contractor to clear the debris from the back of Swale and open the man made check dam. In January, we contacted Brunswick County again. A County Employee came here to see what CAMS had done, and she informed us the Swale is not compliant. We have reached out (again) to CAMS with no response. We contacted Congressman ****** for help. His Staff (immediately) replied with direction and contact information. Our next step is to contact an Attorney for legal advice.

      From the vendor aspect CAM is a first class organization. I have worked with many and they are very professional. *** is exactly what you would hope for as a vendor. The three different district managers are all wonderful and every department is very well ran. Thanks ***!
