    I have spent thousands of dollars on **** over last 20 years including having 3 st one time. I pay for gold membership and game pass every month for years. I am locked out and cant be helped. I am so upset at this point I will never spend another dime and ready to go to ****! All because their stupid system glitched and sign us out. All the games I have our lost and ready to sell what I have. I cant get a phone deal because I cant sign in. Spend days trying to do their self help and lead me to a road where dead ends. This is disgusting especially because I work a fortune 100 company and if we ever had no support for phone calls we would be blacklisted. Never been so upset at a company in my life. Trust me I have a big voice and I will take other people with me over to **** if they do nothing which so far they have.

    They are just another scammer. Their xbox store sells unplayable games. I bought Plants * Zombies Garden Warefare for my grandson. Later found out the ser*ers ha*e been shut down by EA/Pop Cap so the game cannot connect. Contacted ********* 3 times to be told to spend S50 more so a tech can put me through the hoops only to be told theres nothing they can do. For one thing take the game out of the store. Another refund my money. I don't like spending it on thing that no longer exist.

    Requested for a refund of a product that was bought on the 30th of December and started the request on the 2nd of this month and did not want to give me my refund for quote "Game was used/played" and after 3 days of calling and emails I had to call my bank and have them reverse the charges on my card and gave them the explanation after providing videos to support, screen shots and other information and still did not want to honor the refund with in the 14 to 30 day refund that they have on there website and wanted me to keep a game that was not in running condition in any area, game play nor enjoyment of the game.
