    On July 10, 2017, I purchased the game Minecraft directly from ****** using my Mojang account. I have the official payment receipt and transaction ID as proof of *********** that time, ****** had already been acquired by *********. However, the purchase was valid, confirmed, and I was granted full access to the ******* recent years, ********* required players to migrate Mojang accounts to ********* accounts. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the strict migration deadline. As a result, when I attempted to log in recently, my account was shown as no purchase found, and I lost access to the game I lawfully paid for.I contacted ********* support and provided my original purchase receipt and transaction records. However, ********* informed me that because I did not migrate my Mojang account within their time window, my license to the game has been permanently revoked. Their representatives even stated that the removal of my access complies with national laws.I believe this action constitutes an unfair and deceptive business practice I lawfully purchased the game, and I have proof of purchase.*********s policy effectively retroactively invalidated my purchase, depriving me of the product I paid for.Consumers were not given a fair or adequate method of preserving their rights if they missed the migration *********** reasonable alternative (such as account recovery with purchase proof) is provided, leaving paying customers with no access to their purchased *************** goods should not be invalidated simply because of corporate policy changes, especially when consumers have clear proof of purchase.Order ID: #******************************** Transaction ID: braintree: ******** Payment Method: **** ending in 0708 Purchase Time: Mon Jul 10 16:56:21 UTC 2017 Mail:*************************** Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Im calling because the company of Xbox their support is trash they dont help they keep trying to make you talk to a slow not smart Ai yall hotline number is trash because soon you tell them problems the ** will keep Saying it so you cant talk to live agent went to the website they keep saying I cant get a callback but soon I had got a call back the lady lie and said she couldnt hear but replying to me she hung up and didnt call then I request a call back again the this stupid lady did call avoiding which bad customer service she hung up the phone and didnt call back I very ****** off I need help because yall messed up on yall end im in tears because yall ****** me off I even tweet **** ******* for help no response if they want to keep a customer they better call asap because I need help they glitch my console so they need to fix it or at least show that they care and want to help this is ridiculous

    As we already respond micosoftt. *** not longer to n business. And the customer complaint is to ***************** reponsable for xbox product related to hardware and software by *********. Our company was an IT management services. So the complaint is nothing related to the services we supply when business was operating.

    ********* has locked me out of my own account. I have tried their verify process 4 times. I have tried to reach them by phone, all to no success. their phone access will not allow me to speak to a real person. it has been 3 weeks with no access to e-mail or ********* office, which I paid for. I would like my account back. I have had this account for over 30 years.

    My son bought an Xbox with his own birthday money back in January of 2023. I set him up with the $9.99 game pass so he could instantly play games. In February, or March of 2023, I switched the game pass to a different credit card to get the charges off my personal credit card. Some time in June of 2023 I noticed I was still getting charged for this game pass even though my credit card was no longer on file. Eventually, I was able to talk to someone and they told me I had to cancel the subscription altogether to get the charges off my card. We canceled the subscription for at least a month in hopes of getting these charges off my personal credit card. We set it back up in August and right away I noticed I was getting charged once again to a credit card that shouldn't be on file. I talked to someone else and they told me I had to turn off recurring billing or something along those lines. They said they took care of it for me and told me how I could get a refund. I took all the steps and they sent me an email saying I would be issued a refund. I never saw a refund and looking at my bank account this morning and there it is once again. "$-11.80 MICROSOFT*CONSOL". This is borderline scandalous and fraudulent and I would like to receive my money back for the past 7 months that I've been charged for.
