    I posted what work needed to be done on ********. He replied as affordable job, and second reply was saying he is afforable too. So I contacted him and he of course offered a free estimate. He was passonate to get the job at first, sending the proposal by email. but I was trying to get a few more bid. After I decided to go with him, we set the schedule for the dates. So I explained about my ****** booking conditions. Since I wanted to add a second bathroom job, he wanted to come down to my house. I said it is ok if you are busy, we can do only the first bathroom. And then he couldnt make the appt from his working schedule so kept postponing. and the *** tornado hit, and I asked everything alright, and he said good. then he sat another appt to meet at my house for confirmation. I even offered video call not to come down. no respoonse, no show for the appt. I left a review on the ********. He advertised himself as affordable, and he is accusing me I was asking the job to be too cheap. He sent the proposal. After the tornado, he must got better job. no response at all, and harassed me on the ******** with all false comments. I was not a customer, but he offered a free estimate, and I dont deserve waste of my time and harassement.
