    On May 26, 2025, Pack and Load Moving and Storage LLC was subcontracted by ********* to do my move from *******, ** to *******, **. While the movers from "Pack and Load Moving and Storage LLC" were packing, I noticed that my belongings were just thrown in the truck, and I had to advise the movers on several occasions that my light-covered couch needed to be completely wrapped so it would not be damaged during the move. Also, the move went from $7K to $13K because I used all the space in a Budget rental truck. During the placement of my items on the truck, I noticed my three flat screen television sets were not boxed and just wrapped in moving blankets and not secured in moving boxes. Upon noticing this, I contacted **** (Pack and Load Moving and Storage LLC) and advised him of what happened, and he told me that the flat screens would be boxed when the movers arrived at the storage facility. I informed **** that they shouldve been boxed up from the beginning and at this time, **** got an attitude and informed me that my property would not be damaged, and the storage facility is not far from *******, **. I then asked **** where my belongings would be stored and he got another attitude with me asking, Why do you need to know that information? I informed **** I want to make sure my property is not damaged from the drive from my home to the storage facility. The unprofessionalism demonstrated by **** was a sign that this move was not going to be a regular move. At this time, all I could do was trust that Pack and Load Moving and Storage LLC would get my property safely and undamaged to **, but that did not happen.Upon the arrival to **, I noticed several boxes were crushed, and while the movers in ** were unloading the truck, I noticed two of my flatscreen tv's were wrapped in a moving blanket (not boxed) and one of the flatscreens were damaged. My third flatscreen was completely destroyed with cracks in the screen. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY!!! PICTURES COMING!!

    This company should not be used by anybody. They have " 0 " honesty and integrity. Did not pick up furniture on the agreed upon date. They asked to pick it up on Memorial Day. After waiting 9 hours at the storage facility, we were told the truck was still 250 miles away. Repeatedly we were told the truck was in our area and would be arriving within 2 hours. After all the frustration of the pick up process, we were told the furniture would be delivered to our new home on either June 9th or 10th. After stalls and delays and "outright" lies about a truck break-down on the interstate, the furniture was finally delivered on June 23rd. Just say no to this company.
