On June 9, 2025, Pack and Load Moving picked up my daughter's furniture and belongings at her college in **********, ********, to move her to her new job in *********. She was promised delivery in 2-10 days by AmeriSafe, the broker arranging her move. When ***** arrived to load the furniture, she was told that the move would take up to 30 days, regardless of her contract with AmeriSafe. As of today, July 28, 49 days later, she still does not have her furniture and has no idea where it is. She called a number she had previously been given registered to **** *****, the owner/shareholder of P&L, and was yelled at by the male who answered for calling that number. Mr. ***** was also the owner/shareholder of Eagle Eye Moving, LLC. This company is being sued by the **********************************. ********* was dissolved last year after the lawsuit was filed and P&L formed in January of 2025. Apparently his new company is no better than the last ****** daughter has been living in an empty apartment with an air mattress for several weeks. Short of notifying law enforcement, we have no idea how to get her furniture back.

Movers damaged my property (50" ******** and Solid Wood Dining table). I submitted a Delivery Exception Report Claim for Loss and Damage signed by myself and the mover that attested to the aforementioned damaged items. I provided receipts, appraised values for items that were damaged. It has been over a month and they still have not resolved my claim or followed up. I was unable to contact anyone at the phone number they gave me and no one has called me back. The mover did text me a copy of the Delivery Exception Report Claim for Loss and Damage signed by myself and the mover but that was the last I heard from them.

THIS IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER.  Mr. ****** possibly has us confused with another company.  We do not take possession of customer's belongings, rather, we just provide loading and or loading services for our customers who rent portable ********************** containers.  Please advise Mr. ****** to correct this error.

I was scheduled by them to have my property moved from **********, ** to ******, Ok. They picked up my property on Friday, Feb. 28 at noon and were supposed to have it here by noon on March 1st. Nothing has been delivered. I paid them already $1,**7.75 and then I had to pay an additional $25.60. They said the only way they can deliver it a whole other week on March 8th is to pay an additional fee. This is a scam! They did not answer the phone on Saturday, March 1st then someone said they don&#**;t open until 11:30 am. I am here in ******** with my kids and then they won&#**;t tell me the address where my furniture is at to have my dad to go get it. It is still in ********. I was supposed to call ************ and no one answers. I would like for them to have them deliver my furniture ASAP without paying an additional fee.

$13xx.** was paid plus $752.** was paid, meanwhile my items are two and half weeks late.  I was told my items would arrive in ******** the very next day on February 28th,2025.  My children and I only had the clothes that we wore on the rode because of the misleading information that was given.
It has been 14 days that my items have been kept in storage.  Im not satisfied because this was a waste of time, money, effort, all of the above.  Not to mention Ive wiped out my bank account to get new everything because my children were in need.  Smh.  A refund is the only thing that will satisfy me at this point.
