    Got a "cute remodeled" trailer from them. Walk through, I pointed out all the big issues...main one being the living room window not even fitting. I had to drill screws in to hold the piece of "window" in place. Plastic and tape to fill in the gap....gonna be two weeks from move in it will be fixed. 8 months later they want to evict me. Their negligence caused my bills to run just as much as rent. They kept coming with excuses. And finally when I got to the point I couldn't pay liberty 700, and blue shutter 8. I got on a payment plan. From there, they wanted to change lease stuff and fees without proper protocols, they didn't wanna fix anything. My mom threatened to sue if she fell through my porch that wasn't attached and felt like a death trap wobbling up the thing. And now that court is over, they actually are not following through with their end of our deal, still trying to get me through collections, lying to businesses calling and asking about it, sayin I broke the window. When I have all emails and texts proving how shady they have been and continue to be. Now instead of going through with the court agreement they want me to remove my reviews and pictures and then they will drop collections. All the trailers are dumpy, the girls in the office are awful liars. Shady people. Mold throughout the homes, floors you need to watch your step on, and pedofiles they won't inform mothers of so we can be mindful there is actually a predator around our children. They will add rent for months you don't even live there. And lie and manipulate. Be sure to document everything when. You rent from them! You'll need it!!!

    Hi yes, previous tenant here. Our experience with this company was 1000% awful. We moved from out of state to live here. They lied to us from the start. Told us the housing they had for us was freshly remodeled etc. Upon arrival we walked in there was instant red flags but they alreadybhad our money and we had signed the lease already. There was a dead ***** on the counter in the kitchen, weak floor all the way through the entire place, our toilet stopped working for 2 months before move out, I fell through the front porch on multiple occasions. They REFUSED to fix anything. If I could leave 0 stars i would!

    If I could, Id give it zero stars, they will steal your money from you and not give it back. I put a deposit in first months rent down on a house. Had some stuff happen To where I couldnt afford that house anymore, never signed a lease The only thing I signed was a deposit form saying that the deposit was nonrefundable didnt say anything about the first months rent or anything elsejust the deposit paid them a total of $1730. I was expected to get $1230 back and they refuse to give it to me. Do not go through these guys. They are shady and they will steal from you.
