      I ordered an item from Sharper Image on 01/06/23. I paid $24.95 for express shipping. On the day of the expected delivery date I was not in receipt of my order, I emailed Sharper Image and told them that if my order would not be delivered by or before the expected delivery date, I would like a full refund. An email in response to my request was sent to me and my money was refunded. About 10 days later I received another email with an apology for the delay and that the item I purchased would be shipped during the week of 01/23/23. During that week my bank account was again charged for the item. The shipping label was created as I could see in the FedEx app; however, to date, 02/06/23, the FedEx app indicates that my item has not been received by FedEx. About a week ago, I sent an email to Sharper Image requesting a status update and a refund for shipping costs regarding the delivery of my item. I was told that my item has been delivered to FedEx but that FedEx has contacted Sharper Image and has informed them that FedEx is experiencing “delays” in shipping packages. It’s been 4+ weeks and I am still not in receipt of my order nor a refund for the express shipping costs I originally paid for. I have since requested from Sharper Image further updates regarding the delivery of my item, and am no longer receiving any response.

      I have purchased 5 individual items in the last month. Advertised as free shipping with earned dollars on each purchase. I was not able to use the 25 dollar gift certificade issued by Sharper Image and wasn't reimbursed for shipping (52 dollar total) for all items. I have spoked with customer service several time with no success. **************** unaware of their own process. I asked to speak with a supervisor with no success. Supervisor not available on 2 separate occassions. I have spent over 1 hour total trying to solve this and other issues. My concern was eventually answered by a phine call. However, customer service again not aware of earned dollars sent to me or able to explain shipping issues. Sharper Image staff very concerned but not able to help me. My only alternative at this time is to cancell credit card charges which is in the hundreds. Have always had good success with Sharper Image in the past. Thank you for your concern.
