WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER DEALT WITH.. Reserved a skid steer for the weekend to do a project for my grandmother. Went this morning to pick it up to immediately be greated with poor attitude. Then was told that incouldnt pick up my weekend rental until Saturday. I was under the impression that friday was the pick up day.. no big deal right??? WRONG, i said theres obviously a miscommunication and misunderstanding going on here.. lets just cancel the reservation.. The guy said you cant cancel or we still charrge the full price of the rental. Which is scumbag business practices.. i offered to pay a small fee and they wouldnt take it.. wpuldnt explain why i was able to pick up weekened rentals before on Friday's, and wouldnt explain why the charge was so high. They even went as far as listening to the phone call from the reservation tht they had recorded but still insisted tht we had to pay.. The owner was listening in on the situation and never once offered any solution to the problem.. didnt even let me know he was on the speaker phone untill i asked them to call hi... seems odd but whatever.. fi ally the manager vinny decided tht he was going to start screaming and yelling and acting like a tough guy and then decided to get in my face as i was leaving... thee guy was running his mouth as i was running mine.. i even offered to square up out back like a man since he wanted to play tough guy.. then they decided to call the police and claim i threatened them.. which the police confirmed NEVER HAPPENED.. had a goodnlaugh with the officer about the whole situation.. Vin y also proceed to laugh when i told him my grandmother couldnt afford to have $300 dollars essentially stolen fro. Her.. Once i left i called the owner just to be berated and told i cNt afford my own equipment and tht i needed to have my grandmother pay for me to work.. like are you serious with this nonsense.. The owner Daniel then decided to try and encourage me to come Fight him at his office and then proceeded to berate me some more then hung up.. Reading other reviews i can see this isnt the first time.people.have had horrible experience with this company.. the owner even berated people who leave them bad reviews. . My bank is disputing the charges. And NOWHERE ON THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IN FULL FOR CANCELATION... I hope the people of plymouth run this scumbag scam artist out of their beautiful community and get someone to open a proper rental company
