    I have been using BetRivers online casino for well over a year now and have deposited so much money it honestly is ridiculous. In June, I got on my account and tried to deposit when I did i realized i didnt have the option to use my debit or credit card. When contacting support they said that it is routine that they do that and they would put in a request for the payments team to look at my account and to use the other options.. well I cant use the other options either, weird huh? Here we are months later and still cant deposit and no one will help me. For having spent over ****** on here I would think I could get treated better.

    Opened account and made deposit on 8-5-2023.Made bets until 8-22-2023 when account was frozen and requested documents.Sent documents in and they were approved 9-10-2023 Waited weeks for them to escalate my account to be unfroze even after documents were accepted.Decided I was done waiting and on 10-6-2023 went to withdraw my funds by going IN PERSON to Rivers location in ******** and was advised I have to wait 24 hours for withdraw approval and now the entire account is frozen/blocked and no access to MY FUNDS at all. Called and had to wait for a callback just for them to have no access to my information because its been flagged and to continue to wait for an email (as if I havent been doing that for over a month already?). So now my funds are just lost in their system. Great customer service

    Won money play slots online now they won't pay. Keep asking me to do stuff and send stuff and I do and they keep asking for more.

    I signed up for an account and played the required amount to receive my welcome bonus. I then wanted to withdrawal money and BetRivers asked for documentation. I provided my drivers license, facial recognition, my husbands license, our credit card, photos, signed a waiver and the account is still locked down. They tell me the issue has been escalated and it is being reviewed by their Risk and ******************* and they can provide no further assistance. I have been waiting 6 days for an answer and get nothing. They owe me $725.

    I signed up with betrivers online casino using email *********************** and my phone number **********, downloaded their casino app, and I was playing a game called money tree and had a balance of over $500, and the game froze and I received an error saying "the requested URL has been rejecred" and the app closed and I found myself at the home screen of my phone. I logged back in and my balance was less than $200 so there was roughly $300 unaccounted for. I attempted to reach out to customer support via their app chat service and it took several times of the chat being conveniently disconnected after telling support the issue, that a person named ******* locked my account and completely barred my access, being entirely rude and seemingly anxious to lock the account, which also disconnected the chat, blaming me as appearing to have a "cold streak" though I had not had any so called "cold streak"....Further, I had placed sportsbook bets for the *************************************************** which ended Sunday March 5th, but there are several pending bets which I did not place for a golf tournament in April, 2023. Due to technical issues with Betrivers' casino app, I lost at minimum $300 and their only resolve was to lock me out of my account completely. This business has a way of stealing from consumers via app technology problems, as I also noticed that not all winnings during casino game play were credited. When shown as a winning spin, the amount won was not always credited and shown in the balance as usual, which is again more technical issues.In all, I enjoyed their casino and played in hopes that they would correct any said issues, but instead all I got was locked out and non-response. I would appreciate communication from them and refund of the amount of money which their money tree game stole from my account, and investigation as to how bets were placed that I never placed.I have attached a screenshot of a message I received many times before my money would disappear.

    On 2/24/23 I played online casino, and won ****** dollars, now to play you can deposit with your debit card, but when you withdraw your winnings they make you send picture of banking info, and your drivers license. Then that takes days they when it does go through you have to go to the casino to pick it up. I have spoke with 2 different people and one said I can do it with PayPal and get my money that way, but when I tried it told me I had to deposit money with PayPal first, so I was going to put a small amount to add and get my winnings that way, but then it told me I couldn't..it's a scam I had played online casino with other casino and when you win they put it back on the card you deposited the money with.
