    Just letting folks know this casino has stolen because i have never lost 30k on the same slot. If you are not being honest as a company you are no different than a thief! There is no regulations or audits being completed. Seems if you know or are friends with the associates who handle the computer system with this company then you'll win otherwise nope. Stay away from pa casinos worse thing pa state officials ever did for the people they are suppose to care about.

    I have playing bet rivers for a while. I made a deposit at 711 and they say they didnt receive it I put 21 dollars on bet rivers. They say I owe them again they did not receive the 21 dollars they locked my account until another 21 is paid to them either me or 711. I have uploaded two receipts that I have made I bet 21 because it was loaded into my phone now they say they didnt receive the funds and for me to handle the situation I cannot do anything about this matter everything was legit. For them to block me until I give them another 21 dollars or ask 711 for a refund even though I received the 21 on my phone is not right either even though I have receipts and all documents they still insist I need to fix this when I feel its not my issue to fix Ive emailed talked to 5 different chats and still they are telling me I need to fix this and its not all on there end. I went to 711 twice with the receipts they say they cannot refund because I had received the funds and I did. I paid in cash by the way so this is the first experience that has been like this I would be afraid to play on there app Make sure u document everything and even with that your not guaranteed

    I was banned from using the account and never did anything . In response the representative told me we dont have to disclose that information to you I informed him I would take this to the bbb .

    I received an email stating I had a free bet for $500 all I had to do was login and opt in. I spoke with customer service where they told me they made a mistake and that email was supposed to say up to $500 and said I have a free $10 bet. There is a big difference from 500 to 10 and this is clearly this is false advertisement to draw customers in! This is so aggravating, and sadly not the first one I have had problems with the company. Do not do business with them, unless you like to be lied to.

    I agree !!! I have been trying to receive winnings from casino. I used their online site to deposit winnings back into my checking account. Instead they withdrew from my checking account. I have been trying for weeks. I have spoken to three agents on their phone. Suggested by my bank. They said it would be sent into my account. I was requested to send a copy of my drivers license and a copy of a voided check. Which I did. Instead of sending to my checking account they placed in my Bet Rivers cashiers account. Last agent said I would have to use it. ????????????????????

    I won a total of ****** dollars online and they told me they needed documentation which I sent what they wanted and now they keep giving me the run around I would have never tried their online casino if I knew it was going to be this bad of actually getting you winnings from them this online casino is a joke.
