            In 2014, I purchased an air conditioner and a heat pump for my new residence here at: *** **** ******* ***** *********** ** *****. The Boulden & Sons company installed it and it has run perfectly until the last few days in Septemeber 27, 2022. I figured since it was the end of September and I didn't have the money to get the a/c looked at, I would wait until next Spring to have it evaulated. I contacted the Boulden & Sons and since they installed the unit, they could come out and check it. I was told that a person will come out in May 10, 2023. A son (Boulden) came out with another, and recharged my a/c according by him, a 1 pound can of freon. I asked him if this is normal after 7 years (last year 2022), ? He said no. He said that I may have a tiny leak in the system. Charged me $230. I couldn't pay. I had the ********** ** ****** ******** to pay the bill. In July 29, 2023 the air conditioner has broken down again. Not working at all like the last time.

            ****** ******** did pay your bill from May 2023 . You sent us this message on July 31 and did not request that we come back out. Here is the message you sent us on 7/31/23: ":Hi, had your son come out here to my place in May to put in more refrigerent. He did a very good job. But this passed Saturday, July 29th, the air conditioner broke down again. Not getting it repaired again. Don't have the $$$ to get a new system. Will just sit here in the heat. Unlike my ********* refrigerator that broke down 4 weeks ago that I purchased new in 2015. Take care."
