    On 6/8/24 I was in the house talking to my parents on the phone and I proceeded to come outside to my vehicle to it being gone. I called 911 to locate my vehicle and discovered that Duffs Towing towed my truck from in front of my apartment. I called the lot at 11:36am and the young lady said that they did have my truck but the lot closed at 12 that day I quickly Uber to the lot with my 2 year old toddler to get my truck . The company is stating that we have new parking permits and that I was towed for not having a parking permit. Residents were not properly notified of this change or that these bamas have started towing. Now tonight 6/10 my vehicle was towed again !!!! I moved to the property in February and at the time they didnt have towing. Why not give residents time to get a new permit or clear any balance so that they can get the new permit. Heres the kill, there is one resident with the same parking permit as me but that car goes untouched!!! What the h*** is that about???
