  Hello I’m a handicap person my car was towed by this company because I forgot to to put plaque in the window then told me I had walk too there establishment to get my car now granted I’m handicap walking long distance is hard for they couldn’t bring my car back also had too pay 175 for fir 5min that they towed my car to there lot the lady was rude an disrespectful the person who actually who towed the car was some wat ok but this is outrageous that they get too just tow peoples cars an people have too pay we work or like me I’m on Ssi I get one check a month this hurts me I got a mortgage too pay I can’t just give money away like this

  This company towed my car from condo private parking lot.The car had parking tag and was legally parked in 1 of our assigned spots.Came back from a weekend trip and see our car is missing.I knew it had been towed and not stolen Bcuz i disconnect the battery so it wouldn't drain from none use.I called spoke to a woman Sharita who is a manager and was told my car was towed because of expired registration I said no way the new registration is sitting on my dash clear as day.I didn't have a razor to remove old one nor time so i put updated one clearly on dash where it was obviously visible.
  So she says its law that they take pictures of violation before a tow and I said its no way that a picture was taken prior to it being towed and said what's address so i can come over.Get there after 15 mins she and a guy open gate we walked to my car and as walking I say to her only way my registration isn't visible is because my car was lifted and the thing slid off the dash. We approached and i pointed look there it is right there and only way it got there was the car was lifted from front for it to be positioned there. So I took the registration placed it where it was and said its no way the person didn't see this new registration.
  She said maybe you done something I said I haven't driven the car and no wind is miraculously blowing through the car to blow it off the dash. She then took a picture of the registration from the front of car showing it was visible and then said she would release the car and that i should remove the old registration.she had no drivers there to move the cars that were blocking my car and that she leaves at 5pm if one came prior to her leaving she would put the car out front.
  I called she was gone & I spoke with 3differnt guys all gave run around no1 returning calls to authorize release smh!I was lied2 so now I am at mercy of sharita who is only1 to authorize release of car?unprofessional crooks&hucksters!how can i sue&who r they bonded with?

  Today is Wednesday. I went outside this morning to go to work and my car was gone. Bumper to Bumper took my car again, I just picked it up on Sunday from being towed. This is sickening and I feel targeted. $350 in a few days gone and these people have no remorse.
