    I called about my car being towed cause the parking lot said to call if towed so I called and the First **** that pick up phone said they had my car when I went to lot they said it was not there so I called back as soon as I as they pick up they was super rude and told me stop calling that is not good customer service she did not want to hear me out at all so I will be reporting the business and I hope it get shut down

    Early in the morning on 12/27, my car was taken from my mothers condo lot where I was staying as a guest. Later that same night, they brought my car back in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. I have video proof of this happening. When I go to return back home, car broke down for the first time in years. I feel that the improper and illegal towing has something to do with my now faulty car. I also believe that they take cars, and move parking passes in the unlocked cars so they have a reason for towing. My car has been towed a total of three times by this company. Two of those times, my parking pass WAS inside of my car. I need serious consequences for this company. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE! They are predatory and money-hungry.

    On August 22, 2024 my vehicle was wrongfully towed after business hours of 6:30 pm when they are open. Around 8:30 pm or a little after I was told by the driver that my vehicle was wrongfully claimed. When I came to retrieve my vehicle at 9:58 pm, I noticed my vehicle was gone from the parking area. Was told that my vehicle was towed by a resident. I called to inquire and was told that my vehicle was taken by the truck driver. i got the address and was given a ride to the office where i was not open and I was told they only accepted cash. I asked why they took my vehicle, what were the stipulations and what else could be done. I had no choice to pay for my vehicle to be released via cash app. When asking can I get a receipt, I didnt get one and was taken to my vehicle. I had pay and have no proof that my vehicle was released during legal hours leaving it possible to be taken again unlawfully outside business hours. When I picked my vehicle and started driving it, I noticed it started making a loud sound that could be described as the revving of a broken part. My vehicle is now damaged due to an unlawful removal.

    My car got towed at 1am I called at 2pm and was told to call at 6pm to schedule an appt. I was able to pick my car up at 1138pm after normal business hours but couldn't get anyone to release my car at 2pm makes no sense so essentially they stole my car for about 8 hours in the state of ******** it's law that your car must be retrievable 24hrs a day 7 days a week the driver stated that I couldn't get my car earlier because he was home sleep oh and I could only pay by cash or cash app

    On 5/21/24 my vehicle was illegally towed and the police were contacted. I was made to pay $175 in order to recover my vehicle. I was informed on 6/21/24 by ************** (which is the company Im financing my vehicle through) that they were also sent an invoice from Bumper 2 Bumper towing and recovery for $150 for a Repossession fee which never occurred. Since paying the invoice ******** financial has not been able to get in contact with any one at the tow company. Im requesting a refund to my finance company in the amount of $150.

    Bumper 2 Bumper towed my car on 4/14/24 from ***********************. It has been towed twice from the same location but always seemingly for a different reason which always seems made up. This company is extremely crooked. It was explained to me that it was towed last week for a parking permit that was already inside the car. The driver brung my car back to the property and pocketed the $$. His boss was not notified as he claimed they arent supposed to do thisThis time they claimed it wasnt in a parking space and the operator that answered my calls at 7am was the rudest Ive ever encountered. He used profanity profusely and when asked about the reason for tow he got aggravated. I asked him why is he cursing when I never yelled or cursed at him. He hung up on me and then placed me on hold a few times when I called back, just to come back and say maybe the person who took it the first time and gave it back must have liked me.. maybe this driver doesnt. These ppl are super unprofessional and shady and will take your car for any reason they can think of. I asked for a supervisor to escalate. The guy said oh well call back after 8am and u can talk to them.. I really truly believe the man had to be on drugs and I hope this is investigated. I never got the address and my whole day was inconvenienced just by having to deal with such a shady situation. They dont care that ppl work or have children need to get to a hospital or anything they will lie and blame you and frankly I would never support this business! Please investigate

    Earlier my car was towed, at my apartment complex the issue is their is an up to date sticker for the complex we been here for 2yrs with no problem I wake up at 4am to got to work usually the lot if full but, this time there were 4 cars towed. Company called Bumper 2 Bumper towing and they seem very shady there's absolutely no reason to tow my vehicle im hoping to get this rectified immediately.

    Bumper 2 Bumper Towing & Recovery conned me into a towing bill of 175.00. My visitor’s car was parked in the only visitors (allotted for 8 units) parking space with the required parking decal only to be towed on a technicality. I called and was hung up on when asking the reason.

    Clear and direct violation of Prince George’s County/the State of Maryland’s Towing Laws. A police report was not filed by the company within an hour of towing. I read that violation and others to the manager straight from the rule book and the company denied any wrongdoing/blame. The manager initially told me cash only payments until questioned again. I called the police and was told to file a complaint. I had to pay $225 for an illegal tow. There was absolutely no signage indicating that I should/could not park in the visitor’s lot. I was towed from the lot with the visitor’s handtag in the window.
