            5/25/2021 routine eye exam and selection of new frames. Purchased same day, see attached receipt. New frames arrived approx. 2-3 weeks later and picked up by customer. Pleased with visit and service throughout this process. July 2021 customer contacts PEC to say not pleased with frames and to find out what options are available to exchange and pick out something new. Customer told on the phone, "if you are not happy come back in and we will make it right" At no time during this entire transaction or follow up discussion was a 30 day return policy discussed or provided in writing. Sept 7 2021 customer calls to apologize for not being able to make it back to PEC and to make sure there is still time to exchange the frames for a new selection. Told there is 30 day return policy and to speak with the boss. Customer told there is nothing that can be done. Despite the fact there was NO 30 day policy in writing and that the frames have been in a case and not worn or used by customer at all.
