Went to Columbia office appointment and turned away we were told we couldn't be seen there at that location Went to appointment at Owings Mills Office and Dr was not there so had to leave and come back 2 hours later Set appointment with one Doctor to talk about a procedure and showed up for the appointment and ended up with some other doctor who had no clue we were coming Never called for 35 days to set up a procedure, went to next appointment they had no clue why we weren't called Set up procedure 3 weeks ago when arrived at Surgical Center they didn't have the materials needed. So asked to leave and come back 3 hours later while they tried to get the materials Waited 15 minutes to even check in, which made it look like we were late for our appointment. While in waiting room a patient with an appointment at 10:45 was told they can't find his appointment when he had an appointment card in hand. He was then asked to come back at 1:30. When booking next appointment we were told by an employee to another employee " You can just double book him". I said "Absolutely not, I have been down that road". Waited 2 hours in Surgery Center before even being seen for a procedure. No explanation to why. On July 19 I was scheduled for a procedure. My blood work had to be completed twice because the first one was not done or ordered correctly. Then 2 hours before surgery I was called to reschedule procedure. Earliest day was August 2 14 days later. August 2 was scheduled for a procedure. I arrived and was triaged for 1hr 30min I had and IV started with Sodium and Antibiotic. After the 1hr 30min I was told thye could not perform the procedure because they did not have to right medicine. They were going to try and fit me in next week. I left the office no procedure was scheduled.
