Ourisman Volkswagon falsified their words to get you in round you up and go back on their word despite the bad economic situation we are living in now. They also don't take responsibility for the way they treat customers. They kept losing our documents and giving us a run for statements that we had already provided we have texts between seller that says otherwise and still they acted like it wasn't true it was just a very unprofessional setting my car I was going to trade in got vandalised on their property they one rep acted like he didn't care no one called to let me know anything until i came to pick it up in a tow they paid for ater I asked them to because they had wasted our time yet that check didn't come till 3 months later . first they kept giving me the wrong managers to speak to told me he was africa 2 or 3 weeks then I called back because I never received a call and said hes not available constantly I asked for the head manager I went on google and finally found out who it was threw a comment on the review section for the company on google so finally I spoke to him again after 2 months then the check got lost in the mail somehow and he said come pick it up so I did and then couple days once the check hit my account I called the tow truck and found my vehicle vandalized broken window bumper removed and fender liners in rear then found out my oil line had been cut and now i'm finally able to get a full evaluation on my car and hopefully nothing else but they took no responsibility for any of this other than my money back for the tow to their lot none of the other cars there were vandalized just mine I asked for security footage and the cops did too they didn't give any information after we asked just a follow back and then i called again to ask if they had any idea and they still said they were waiting on security department to let them know if they found anything now a month later I've heard nothing back at all .This is a horrible company please avoid .
