    On 7/12/22 I submitted a work order to repair my AC because it stopped working and it took them 60 days to repair. During this time period I had to reach out to the rental office for all updates. The rental office provided me with an AC unit that was placed in my living room. Over this time period the rental office on multiple occasions entered my home without my permission although i stated on my work order that i did not authorize entry without me being there and even gave keys to a contractor to enter alone. That particular day i left a friend at my home and they were startled when the contractor entered unauthorized. On 8/9/22 the rental office entered without my permission and during this visit they left several lights on in my unit. I previously shared with **** **** (property manager) that my BGE bill had increased due to the fact that the AC unit had to be ran non-stop from the hot summer days nearing 100 degrees. I had to purchase a fan to help with the heat which was my only source of cooling before the rental office offered me the AC unit which was approximately 4 days from reporting the outage. **** ***** offered to purchase me an additional fan and when i shared that that was not necessary, she stated that they could reimburse me for the fan i purchased if i supplied the receipt which i did and have not been reimbursed for. **** Haft offered me a $300 credit to offset my electrical expenses which i accepted and has not been applied. I received ** email stating that they have the intent to file which is appalling. Repeatedly they have dropped the ball and are now looking to penalize me for their error. I am seeking compensation for the $300 promised as well as reimbursement for my *** purchased. Due to character limitation i have condensed this and can provide more details with dates if needed as i solely communicated via email and have that documentation if needed. Attached are the emails where the $300 was offered and i accepted.
