    Initially, Jack's service was solid. He was friendly, approachable, and easy to get in touch with. However, our satisfaction took a downturn about 3 years ago when we encountered a leak issue. I struggled to get in touch with him initially. When he was finally able to come out, Jack determined that he had to replace our shower to fix the problem. Upon completion of the project, our bathroom was in complete disarray, without any warning about the carnage that would be left for us to take care of. The subsequent repair work necessitated additional expenses to fix the removed/damaged drywall and flooring, and our toilet that was minorly damaged during the process. To exacerbate matters, the shower itself started leaking from the drain a few weeks later. Jack came and “fixed” it. He gave us advice on maintaining the repaired shower that proved to not only be ineffective, but potentially harmful. It leaked again. We spent almost a year dealing with the ongoing issue to avoid another failed “fix” before finally calling a new plumber. This plumber successfully rectified the issues, providing a lasting solution. Most recently, we had a pump tank issue. It was still under warranty from a replacement done approximately four years ago. The warranty is the only reason we called Jack. There was no communication about the warranty terms upon installation. We were informed on the day of the replacement service that we were only responsible for labor costs. It took several days of unreturned phone calls to get an explanation for the excessive bill. Several more days to get in touch to pay it. The decline in the quality of his work over the past few years has been noticeable. Despite the few initial positive experiences, the recurrent issues and lack of effective communication clearly demonstrate Jack’s disregard for his customers. In summary, while Jack, at one point, provided quality service, potential customers should be aware of the deterioration of his work quality.
