    Thanks ****, I'm glad that we got the Job done for you. The title work was slower than expected because the title company's physical schedule was overbooked with closings for other unrelated properties. We had to wait our turn for them to have a time slot available. As I promised you, I put as much pressure on them as possible to move us up to the front of the line. Because fast cash was important to you, we even payed you a cash advance prior to the closing date. This was because we wanted to help you out wile waiting on the closing date. All in all, it took exactly 5-weeks to close your deal: on 07/22/22 we put your property on contact to buy. We closed that contact with the title company on 08/26/22.

    This was technically a very fast closing. Yes it could have been faster because of the scheduling issue with the title company. But in comparison to a realtor listing (which can take months) things actuly moved along very fast and we even went the extra mile to get you a cash advance when you needed it.

    My house was listed with a realtor and due to the economy. It just wasn't going to sell for the price I needed.
