    Hello, On 31/12/2023, at 6.25am I was supposed to have a flight for my wife, my 2 daughters and I to fly from Brest to Paris and Paris to Krakow. On 30/12/2023 at 9pm, lightning struck the control tower at Brest Bretagne airport France during the evening of damaging equipment for communication between the tower and the planes. All flights were cancelled from the 31st to 3rd of January. ********newsinfrance.com/resumption-of-traffic-at-brest-airport-struck-by-lightning/ On 31/12/2023 in the morning at 7am, I was looking for *** ****** phone number to to reschedule my flights. I found on a web page two numbers official *** ****** +*********** number in Poland (country where I live) and another one (+***********) which I thought was *** ****** too. I called the *** ****** official number but nobody answered. So I tried the second number and I got in reached **** who said was an *** ****** representative. Adam took my booking reference from *** ****** and he explained me that I would have to pay 1098$ to reschedule my flights as my tickets were basic one. Adam confirmed that he is a *** ****** official employee and he confirmed. Adam told me *** ****** in France would also request me to pay. As I felt trapped I accepted to pay the fee to reschedule. Adam changed our flights on the name of *** ****** to the 2nd of January from Brest to Paris, Paris to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Krakow. I don't even understand how Adam from reservationss.com could do those modifications in my booking. Be sure I will ask *** ****** why. On the 2nd of January, my flights got cancelled again for the same reason This time I reached an *** ****** official number in France to reschedule my flights. My flights were rescheduled without any fee to the 3rd of January. I got the confirmation that I should not have had to pay any fee when I rescheduled and all *** ****** official employees entitled to do those modifications would follow the same rule. I would like your support to get back my 1098$

    Althought Resevationss.com replied negatively to my refund request via BBB, they actually did the opposite. 

    Yesterday, I have received the refund of my payment.

    Even though Reservationss.com denied to pay me back the 1098$ in their answer to BBB, they actually refund me. See email from **** reservationss.com attached.

    This company is a complete SCAM. They steel personal info and credit card numbers and sell them in the dark web. DO NOT USE. Beware when making a reservation, their website pops up first, not the hotel you are looking for. They charge enormous nonrefundable fees with rates much higher than the hotel rates. I was booking a room in Greenville, SC and thought I was booking directly through the hotel since their website came up first in a ****** search looking like the Hotel's website. When I canceled the reservation, they would not refund their fees. I found similar complaints on the web.

    I booked a flight through reservations.com for $1,265 at approximately 4:30 am on 6/26/2023 from Atlanta to Denver, Colorado after my flight was abruptly canceled by ******** Airlines. Gauge, the Reservationss.com agent booked my flight **** on ******** Airlines to Colorado Springs with a connecting ******** Airlines flight *** through Dallas/Ft Worth that had a much later departure than what he had provided to me 5 minutes before I arrived at the ******** Airlines ticket counter . Gauges's misinformation resulted in my arriving at my ultimate destination (Colorado Springs) several hours later than anticipated, missing a critical business meeting costing me a significant financial loss and substantial inconvenience.
