    On 5/27 I attempted to contact *************** and dialed ************, which came up upon googeling *************** ***************** the representative **** ******, represented himself to be a member of the ************** team and completed a booking for me, involving both ********** (which he indicated to be their Partner airline) and ******. He indicated that he is charging my account and to check an email sent to me to ensure my name and date of birth are listed correct. I did not pay attention to the remainder of the email, as he was ******* me through this process. Upon providing my credit card information, I found out that the company completed a total of 6 transactions on my account on both 5/27 and 5/28, for the total amount of $4038.03. They then sent me a fraudulent invoice with an Air France and ****** logo, which quotes a total amount of $2976.98. This company has been reported as a scam site by many consumers in the past, as I learned on 5/28, upon which date I immediately filed a claim through my bank to complete a chargeback on all transactions and closing my existing account, so that no further charges could be withdrawn.

    3/3/25 I called ****** Travel and Somehow was redirected to reservationss.com without every being notified identified. They led me to believe they were ****** **********. I mentioned it several times. They charged me $2270 in addition to my cruise price. They said it was for docking fees. It is actually their fee for using *********** Very underhanded. They never identified themselves as a 3rd partty

    I made a hotel reservation for a certain date and when I paid the date was changed. I filed for a refund but was denied.

    As a US expat in *********, ********* I needed to buy a 2nd lap to add to my return flight back to *************. The 2nd lap was for S.F. to ********, ****** on June 27, 2024. On April 18, 2024, I received an email from Reservationss.com with a new Confirmation code, but no detai showing that the 2nd lap to ******** had been added. I emailed them back and they answered by email that it was "in que" and I'd receive it in 24 hours. On April 26, 2024, I emailed the agent back to ask for proof that a flight existed and he wrote back that "it was just an error." I never heard back from either of the two agents -- ***** ***** and ****** P. When I called United in May to confirm my ticket they told me that no such ticket had been issued under that confirmation #. I have had several conversations, both by email and by phone, with ****** since then. He acts like he's planning to "return" the money, but nothing ************* he wrote me that Reservationss.com no longer has the funds and that I should not have disputed it with my bank. The money has never been re-deposited back into my checking account with ******* ******.

    This website makes itself look like the hotels website. Then it added so many hidden fees the ending price was almost double. At checkout there is no price breakdown to show this. It says refunds are available but it turns out they charge $1000 to cancel, even when contacted a few minutes after the purchase went through.

    I had to change flights for my family due to a medical emergency. When I called to see if any of this was possible I was somehow connected to *********************** at reservationss.com I assumed I got through to ************* Anyway I explained our situation that my father was currently in emergency surgery and we would not be able to make our flights due to restrictions from the doctor. He assisted me for hours as if he truly cared and wanted to help. He assured me that if I just pay for the new flights after putting me on hold numerous times that his supervisor said with documentation from the hospital we would be refunded the additional amount I was paying for the flights. Hours later and 2 different payment sites I spent over $4000 to change flights.The next day I emailed him the information and documentation he said he needed. I had to call to see if he received it and he told me just wait for me to call you about refunds it takes months this was back in April. Since then I have called over and over to check in on status but no one ever answers. I had one more email communication with him where he refuses to respond to my inquiry and tells me to just call him. I have send many emails since with no response. I believe he took advantage of our situation and had I known we would not be refunded as I was assured I may not have booked tickets I couldnt really afford.I guess the bright side is that they were actual tickets and we were able to get my dad back to the destination to see his family.The lack of communication and lies need to be reported.I hope no one else is put in a position like this and taken advantage of while emotionally stressed and seeking help thinking someone is trying to help them.I hope to be able to get a refund but at this point I feel violated and defeated.

    On March 6, I went to ****** to try to locate SOUTHWEST Airlines reservation number in order to book a flight for my daughter, as an unaccompanied minor. I called a number where I was greeted with ********* Airlines reservations (assuming). Went through the process with a person named *********************** that sent me an email to confirm the information- ****** confirmed with me that i got the unaccompanied minor add on - totaling at 1089 dollars. They sent me an email asking on the phone to confirm receipt which I did. I then paid through a stripe link and got the email confirmation. When I checked this week with southwest to confirm the unaccompanied minor element, they had no record of the transaction- aside from their end seeing a flight booking for 654 dollars. They also let me know that my daughter would not have an option to fly as unaccompanied minor. So this company pretended to be ********* Airlines, and they lied by selling me an add-on that was not factual. The only email I could find was ************************ And the email in southwest system was another unrecognized email.

    I googled Etihad Airway's phone number and their number came up. Said because the ticket was in someone elses name they had to send me a link for 500$ and then they would charge me for the balance. they issued the ticket and charged me full price for the ticket and kept the $500. They pretended to be the airline's agent.

    I had a flight cancelled during the night right before my flight and I contacted *************** and this is the company I that answered. *** was able to put us on another flight with a different airline and I would be charged a total of $2256.00 for all 3 passengers and that included any taxes and fees. Well they charged my card that amount plus $2592.23 three times for a $10,032.69. But they charged $2256.00 from their company and then used my credit card to the new airlines and charged three times for the amount of each charge of $2592.23. Nowhere on our email communication or on the phone that I was going to be charged by them and the airlines for a total $10,032.69.

    On Feb 28 2024 I paid $1589.45 for an airline ticket.2 minutes after I paid ****** from reservations said that the flight was now full and I had to purchase another ticket with another airline. This was supposed to be refunded but no one will answer me.
