Salesman’ lied and said they would include the shipping and then I said let you do it and then he said that he was going to charge me for shipping. Terrible customer service. Diss, honest people. I have all conversations and documents on text if anybody would like to see them.

Mr. ***** is somewhat correct. The salesperson asked him "what if we cover the cost of shipping" to make the deal, Mr ***** agreed then the salesperson asked a manager to do that and they declined. We don't ship cars for free across the country. Unfortunately the salesperson brought up something we were unable to do. I have spoken with Mr. ***** about this already and apologized that the subject was brought up and ultimately declined. At no point did we commit to shipping it, but I agree that "what if" was a poor client interaction.
