    I purchased a skin care package with them a few years ago. When I moved I realized that I had a balance that I never used from this spa in addition to other services I had pre-paid for and didn't use. I reached out to all the businesses and everyone except for Alazzo has sent me my funds back!! I've reached out to the office several times in regards to this matter. No one calls me back, half the time they don't answer the phone and the times I HAVE spoken to the staff they are very snarky and rude. I understand these places have you sign agreements and whatnot, but I myself, am a MD state licensed Esthetician, and I have had clients of mine with extenuating circumstances that prevented them from coming back to see me and get their services and I ALWAYS return their money, even with the agreements on file. Because I have respect for my clients and understand that these things happen and I would never want a client of mine to feel I ripped them off or was shady or stingy enough to keep their money. They paid for something that they did not use or receive, I gladly return the funds. I'm a fair business owner . Period . I believe in treating people fairy and have asked this business and owner to do the same. I'm not asking for anything other than what I paid for and didn't use.

    I'm giving this a 2 star ONLY because when I got the few services that I was actually able to get from there, they were pretty decent. NOW let's address the lack of professionalism here. I became a flight attendant maybe 6 months after purchasing a skin treatment package with this spa. So needless to say, I was traveling alot and could not get back in to the office for my services. I did at one point stop in to ask what my balance was in terms of dollar amount and I also explained my situation at that time. No one really cared about what I was explaining and proceeded to tell me what services I had left, and I repeated, no! I'd like to know the dollar value for the services I paid for and didn't use. The girl gave me some snarky laugh and stated "ummm I don't know , no one's ever asked that before, hold on." So they end up giving me a print out and I left not liking the energy at that point. Very snooty females. I recently just got in touch with them b/c now I've legit moved from the state of MD and have no way to use the services. I've spoken to 3 girls over the course of a week, Ashley and Taylor are the 2 I remember. Both have told me they will "talk to Melissa" the owner and get back to me, NO ONE ever get's back to me, I have to keep calling. And now they are saying I can't get the balance refunded to me b/c of agreements signed at the beginning and yadda yadda. Keeping in mind, I have had other spa services that I pre-paid at other facilities and EVERY single one of them gave me my money back except for this place!! Clearly this business has current and on-going people that use their spa, so your making money!! Why keep the money of a hard working woman (like yourself) instead of saying 'hey I understand your circumstances, here's your money, I hope if your in the area again you come and see us.' That would be the honorable and professional thing to do. But these females come off very sanicle and rude when you speak to them, no matter what the topic is.
