Working with you guys has been a huge regret and I will make sure everyone I bring through the house will hear your name and understand our experience. I will make sure I go online and review your company everywhere I can so that no one else makes the mistake of working with you all. Every time we had an issue you would make excuses.
It took the other company 15 patient minutes to clean up the excess duct with snips. 😂 You guys always give excuses. I had called your company out twice to trim out the entire house and you left the duct unfinished in the mudroom for months.

Also, Mr. ***** made slandering remarks regarding my long term employee, Jordan, who has never even met him. Mr. ***** was never present at the house whenever Jordan was there working. In fact, the only time Jordan had any type of contact with him, was over the phone regarding the issue of the excess duct that had to be cut. As a result, l now have a very angry employee who is extremely upset over the fact that his name and reputation was used in a defamatory manner over the internet.
Jordan is a very reliable, knowledgeable, and capable technician. I've never had any problems with him, nor have l had complaints from any of our other customers regarding his demeanor or work ethic. Jordan states that he has never smoked marijuana, and l have never seen him exhibit any symptoms of marijuana use that would indicate otherwise. However, there were other workers there at the job site working for different subcontractors at the same time my crew was there. Perhaps Mr. ***** had gotten one of them confused as my employee? I don't know, but what perplexes me the most is that my company had been working at Mr. *****'s house for over a year. If he had such a big problem with whoever he thought was "Jordan", why would he wait until just this past week to complain about it? Why wouldn't he address the issue with me much sooner? I find it very ironic that he only just mentioned it to me when I told him that I would be invoicing him for the extra work that we had done.
In addition, you also mentioned that myself and, "the other guy", never answered our phones and never followed up. You're right about us not answering our phones. When we started your job, over a year ago, we were in the middle of a pandemic. A lot of my employees at that time didn't come into work. So, myself and the "the other guy", had to strap our tool belts back on, to help out in the field. If we constantly answered our phones every time it rang, we wouldn't have been able to get any work done. However, every phone call that did come in was returned within a 24 hour time frame.
Last but not least, Mr. ***** mentioned that it only took the other company 15 patient minutes to clean up the excess duct with snips. First off, the sheet metal duct that needed to be cut back was intentionally installed that way by the former contractor (who he has also criticized) who wanted it to go through a built in cabinet. Mr. ***** changed that plan, and decided to put a desk in instead, which is fine. However, instead of waiting for us to cut the duct first, he went ahead and installed the furniture, which happened to be right next to that duct. When Jordan spoke with Mr. ***** over the phone about cutting the duct back, he said that Mr. ***** had threatened him. Telling him, that he better not scratch up the furniture. So, Jordan refused to do it and l don't blame him. Mr. *****, you're a contractor, if we weren't able to get someone else out there for you in a timely manner you could have cut the duct back yourself with a metal saw or a pair of snips before going ahead and installing the furniture up against the duct.
