My car engine light came on and broke down about a week later at the end of June 2022. Obvious issues were bucking, no accelerating, not shutting off, oil overflow and AC blowing hot air causing my car to overheat. My car was towed here after the first shop was shop was concerned my car overheated to the point of needing to replace the engine needing replacement they were not 100% sure though or able to find the original problem. They gave documents and called Loyd at Millers to give more details to everything on the documents. Millers had my car for the entire month of July because everytime I picked it up the same issues plus new ones had not been fixed. The first "repair" they had my car for two weeks waiting for a single part and I paid over $1000 for this. They kept lying about warranty, saying they didn't take any kind. After 15 minutes of driving my engine light came and it did not sound good. 12 hours later it wouldn't start, the electric system was down, nothing would turn on. The tow driver had to push my car onto the truck as he could not get it to start either. When I asked Loyd who was working on my car, he refused to tell me. I am a geriatric caregiver and normally have six shifts. I was only able to work two of my shifts a week all of July as that was all I could get a ride to and couldn't afford a rental car. They claimed to have driven it for an hour which was a complete lie. My mileage was exactly the same number from when it broke down 3 weeks ago. They added multiple parts that I did not authorize or even know about until the next shop told me. This shop also informed me that some parts were bad, problems were ignored and pieces of my car became broken. My 4WD is now damaged causing difficulty backing up and turning. The other shop said it is safe to drive but this problem cannot be fixed. I have proof of all of these claims through documents, photos and videos. I am very angry about all of this. I lost so much money due to their negligence.
