I Checked in at the Days Inn at 7018 Ocean Gateway Easton Maryland 21601 for an extended stay due being homeless I work at the local hospital here in Easton so I decided to try housing here Easton I have paid a total of 4,481 In room and board. Upon moving in I had to clean the bathroom due to it being so nasty, I informed that the bathroom had mold in the ceiling and the house keeper spared it a few time and left the bottle of bleach for me to spray it til it left. On Sunday 1-28-24 I woke to my bathroom room floor flooded with water so at 1:20 pm I called and asked for someone to come to my room I left and went out I returned with my kids around 6:00pm and no one had been to my room so I went to the front desk informed them that I needed to be moved because the floor was flooded that was room 119. I got moved to room 110 on 1-28-24 on 1-29-24 I realized that room had a lot of mold in the ceiling bathroom and behind the door the next day I couldn’t attend work from feeling really bad! Head ache stomach in knots, later that night we watching tv getting ready for bed and a roach crawling down the wall, on Wednesday morning 1-31-24 my daughter woke up saying she had been bit in her sleep so I asked could I be moved to another before paying for another room he told I had no right to complain upon check out after I pay than I could tell him, I ask to look at rooms to pick he told me I should go somewhere else cause all the rooms have mold! I’m now in room 107 I moved In on 2-1-24 as soon I got my last bag in here I seen a baby roach I went and asked for a refund which was received on yesterday that was just for this up coming 2 weeks I’d like a refund of all my money because I wasn’t aware of how unsafe this place is and they are very rude to people that are in risk of homelessness they are not even supposed to In Business this Easton Maryland Talbot county, they are under Construction there is no post signs doors sitting open on the property one house keeper who does not clean please help
