On 12/23/22 My car stalled, and I called for a tow. The driver informed me that he had a shop and I decided to tow my vehicle to his shop. He took me home as this was the coldest night of the year. Since it was a holiday weekend, he let me that he won't be able to check my vehicle until Monday, Monday afternoon, I gave him a call to see what his finding, he didn't answer right away, he sent a picture instead. Through the time he had a vehicle i asked questions and he would send picture, asked instead of sending picture/videos explained to me what you are doing, He eventually told me that I had an Engine Rear Main Seal Leak, he had to take my engine out to fix it. He also fixed another problem that I had with my car without my permission. He gave me a price; I couldn't afford the price, so he dropped, and we decided to do a payment plan. I called him a Sat to discuss me picking up the car, he tells me that price has gone up because his partner didn't want to do the payment plan. I asked why the price went up, he stated that he fixed something else on me without my permission). I went to see him on Monday /2/22 to pick the car up. We settle on the original price; however, I was unable to retrieve the money from the bank due to the holiday, I can back on Tues, during this whole transaction he was Rude, Disrespectful and kept trying to go up on the price again. ON Feb 4,2023my car stalled again. On Tues 2/7/23 my car was towed to *** where the checked my car and I was told that it was my Engine Rear Main Seal that was leaking, a problem that I just paid $2500 to get fixed less than a month ago. *** gave the same quote; I have contacted AJ Auto to let him know what happened and that he should check my car out again and correct whatever issue is causing the leak. It has been a complete nightmare communicating with him, trying to get him to look at my car. He doesn't take what *** reported to me. I now stuck between correcting his issue or getting another vehicle.
