    I purchase a 2014 Chevy Silverado on 6/7/2023 for $23,194. Upon returning home and registering the vehicle, it failed the *** inspection. Per the warranty, the vehicle was returned to Baron auto for repairs (leaking fuel pump, leaking ac condenser, bad fuel injector, etc.) based on the diagnostics run by a local ***** dealer and agreed to by Baron. Once returned, it failed inspection again (2nd time) and the ***** dealer made repairs to the some of same issues that were allegedly fixed by Baron Auto (bad fuel injectors - which were never initially fixed per the mechanics at the ***** dealer). In order to clear the check engine codes, the vehicle needed to be driven for 100 miles. The truck continued to experience issues and failed a third time - it appeared that the fuel pump was never actually fixed either. Per the warranty, this was the 3rd failure. Baron refused to authorize further work on the vehicle and are in clear violation of the warranty. The truck has been now basically unusable since the day I purchased it in on 6/7/23 and it is 7/25/23. Baron has acknowledged several time that they need to refund my fully based on the warranty but are not longer returning my calls or text messages. This is my sons vehicle for college this fall and I'm running out of time to get this resolved. Because the truck is in my name, they need to purchase the vehicle back from me. I have sent them the bill of sale, which is what the bank (because there is a lien on it) instructed me to do. They need to pay the bank and pay me the difference to ensure that amount of $23,194 is paid in full. I unfortunately lost out on the amount I had to pay in *********. Ideally, I would like to recoup that, as well, since they knowingly sold me a lemon. Again, the salesperson, Jeff R has repeatedly agreed to this for weeks but NO action has been taken. And now no responses are happening to my texts and calls.

    Absolutely unprofessional and scammers. On (5-8-23)They sold me a 2013 Honda civic lx and it was completely rotted beyond belief everything including the suspension mounts, drive train, and basically the entire undercarriage needs to be replaced asap they sold the car to me 14,400$ claiming it was new and needed nothing and drove beautifully. I take to a professional Honda dealership 3 days after buying the car because I was suspicious of the rust and mold, and due to it being my first car claims Jeff, i couldnt do a pre-purchase inspection without plates or take it to get state inspected which is why I had a mechanic from Honda check it out. come to find out its potentially a flooded car. I have videos pictures and emails from a Honda dealer of everything wrong with the car. I even brought it to 3 different auto body shops and they said the same thing. I asked for a refund early and was denied, Jeff claimed theres no rust and only undercoated it which is something I didnt ask to be done unless the rust was removed. Now the rust got worse and as of today(7-17-23) the dealership just denied it has any rust at all not even the oil leak diagnostic Honda themselves wrote they wont provide me any service record or paperwork if theyre own diagnostic. And I finally got to speak to the owner TIM which ended very disrespectfully I tried explaining the situation I had with the car which got me into an accident with a curb, he called me a liar a drama queen saying I wont get a refund that I need to fix the car claiming I cant make payments on my insurance and loan even tho I have the next 6 months covered. And that theres no rust or oil leak even tho I sent them all the evidence in the world these people are scammers scum bags and do not conduct proper business theyre pure fascist at heart. I tried being professional and respectful and got my hung up on my face so now I have no choice but to call the attorney general
